We had a pleasant stay in this pretty Vendée house, which is in line with the descriptions and photos. Well located, you can walk to the local market and local shops. A big plus, the jacuzzi is very pleasant after a long drive. We'd love to stay here again.

The very friendly welcome from Sophie and Patrice was the first sign of a pleasant and comfortable stay (nothing is missing!) in the "Bapaille" cottage. A few kilometers away, many famous sites (Brouage) or surprising (the stones of Crazannes), picturesque villages .... are waiting to be discovered. For those who appreciate the calm and the green serenity, you are in the right place as long as you do not forget to do the shopping beforehand! The attentive listening of the owners, who are passionate about local history, is appreciated. We will be happy to come back.

We rented the house for a group of 10 people and everything went perfectly smoothly. The place was exactly as described: very clean, well arranged and perfectly functional for a group stay. Françoise is a welcoming, job ale and polite host. She took the time to wait for us in front of the rental in a parking space to leave it to us on arrival to facilitate our check-in. We recommend 200% reservations with Françoise, she has several apartments in a very appreciable Victorian style by the sea. Finally, despite the lack of air conditioning, we did not feel the heat despite the 39 degrees some days. Thank you Françoise, looking forward to coming back.

As advertised, the staircase is "steep"😉. You have to hold on tight to go down. The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, traditional oven, Nespresso coffee machine), and has large volumes, which is an asset for a vacation, where everyone needs space in a family of 2 parents and 2 young children. Shops are nearby, the supermarket is accessible by car in 10 minutes. Privately, we gave our host some suggestions for improvement, but it's very personal, everyone has their own lifestyle. Thank you for a great family vacation. We recommend it.

Clean accommodation, self check-in, but host nevertheless very available if needed. Accommodation 20 min from La Rochelle. This allows you to have a quiet base in the surrounding countryside. I recommend it.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Beautiful place located a short walk from the beach of Plaisance! A great sandy beach to enjoy pleasant moments! We found in Romain's house and his companion everything we expected: the calm of a large garden under the pine trees, a house in which we knew right away that our stay would be great, the characteristic smells of the seaside...!!! Finally, Romain is very responsive, attentive, and will be good advice to tell you where to treat! Really a great week, we will come back without a problem!!! The house is beautiful as well as the view from the garden and located in a lovely village with an excellent butcher, baker and a market once a week. Aurelie and Franck are very welcoming. They surprised us with a bottle of the local white whine that was delicious and were very accommodating. We had a great time in Breuillet which is a 15 min drive from the nearest beaches. Strongly recommend!

We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

A very beautiful place in front of the sea. A very beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We walked a lot, in the center of Fouras, accessible on foot. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

We had very good exchanges with Fabienne and her husband. The accommodation is very clean and suitable for weekends with a large family.

This cottage is very spacious and has several spaces dedicated to group activities. We came a rainy WE and thanks to all the games (chess, foosball, ping pong, darts...) we didn't get bored for a moment! The kids were delighted to find a closet full of toys and Disney DVDs. A special mention for the equipment provided (baby pot, high chair...) and the small grocery kit in the cabinets (oil, salt, pepper...). We didn't miss anything and have a great time despite the rain!
