Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

Communication with Marie and the concierge is perfect. Arrival and departure are flexible. The accommodation has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The final cleaning is included, royal. Ideally located facing the ocean with the Cordouan lighthouse in a postcard view across the bay. The street is very lively, with a lot of traffic, but the garden and the hedge are isolated, and the door frames are of quality, and it's so easy to park in the driveway! lots of good restaurants nearby and a bakery, access to the Grande Côte beach 10 min walk, happiness!

Ideal accommodation for two, very well located 200 m from the shops, parking right next door is a real plus. The accommodation is impeccable and very well arranged The small terrace allows you to eat outside when the weather permits

Unobstructed view of the sea and a beautiful old tree at sunrise and sunset. Very clean and functional accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to the key box and exchanges with Clémence. We would recommend it in a second.

We are absolutely delighted with our stay. The apartment is amazing: comfortable, very well equipped, magnificent view… everything was perfect, really perfect. We recommend it 100%!

Tiphaine's studio is as described. Very well placed, the balcony is large enough to have lunch and enjoy the superb view of the ocean and the Cordouan lighthouse. Tiphaine is very responsive to our requests and very friendly.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating on our arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming attention. Isabelle took the time to explain the walks, the restaurants, the must-sees of this pretty island. We strongly recommend this kind host. We'll be happy to go back

New housing, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessary. The beach is within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to live in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We recommend it.

I highly recommend without hesitation, serious person, responsive to messages and more, flexible proposal in terms of arrival and departure times, charming and very clean studio, quiet residence, easy to access and the center of Royan is 2 min away, very well located very good and pleasant little stay at Jeremy's with very clear explanations.

A real feast for the eyes, and pure rest. The apartment has an extraordinary view of the ocean, and the beach of Les Faucillons is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, there is absolutely nothing missing, and the comfort is total. There's even parking space available. Royan's activities, are just a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is the most relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge very efficient and very professional for check-in and checkout. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.

Perfect place, Everything is within walking distance, from the seafood restaurant to the bakery as well as the coastal path for a total change of scenery guaranteed. The best with this sea view and views of the Cordouan lighthouse... We'll go back for sure.
