Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Les Mathes

We had a great time. Everything was in perfect condition, clean and carefully maintained. The equipment is of very good quality and designed for the comfort of travelers — nothing is missing. The house is also ideally located, which allowed us to fully enjoy the surroundings. A big thank you to our host for hosting us and for his availability. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

This little house is charming with a nice terrace. The environment is very quiet and it is a pleasure to be able to enjoy the birdsong. Laurence and François are very warm, very welcoming and gave us valuable advice to discover the Île d'Oléron. Our stay was so pleasant that we will come back next year.

Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" accommodation. Bright, spacious, exotic accommodation. Many activities around to do such as visit the citadel and the city of Château d'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

Very nice stay at this family home. Access to the beach is ideal with children, no need to take the car. Everything is designed to host a family. Pleasant sea view in the living rooms. Very easy communication, was able to meet our needs. We'll be happy to go back!

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Excellent stay, large living space, private garden without a view, kitchen with all the necessities. Only a toilet downstairs, we found it annoying. And we are also not a fan of fragrance sticks everywhere in the house. Enclosed property with parking, at the edge of the residential area. All in all very satisfied.

Upon our arrival, JP was there to welcome us, smiling, kind and friendly. He introduced us to the place, which was completely in line with the description of the listing. During our stay, he was very discreet, although always available to our requests. If you are looking for a very clean, quiet and pleasant resort, close to the sea and the center of Royan. Functional accommodation. It is close to the center and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds very quickly to messages. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect. ☺️

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

Ideal accommodation for two, very well located 200 m from the shops, parking right next door is a real plus. The accommodation is impeccable and very well arranged The small terrace allows you to eat outside when the weather permits

Very nice rental that perfectly matches the Airbnb listing. Thierry is very friendly and very responsive. The town of Saujon is very cute with pleasant walks along the Seudre.

Absolutely perfect stay at Michel and Régine's, the location of the accommodation is ideal next to the market, shops and beautiful walks along the channel and oyster parks: everything can be done on foot. La Tremblade has retained the authentic character of the Charentes, and you can quickly access the magnificent beaches of the Côte Sauvage or the island of Oléron. The accommodation is very nice, quiet, with private parking and just the right amount of garden. It is particularly well-equipped, there is absolutely nothing missing to feel at home. Michel and Régine are very attentive hosts, nothing was missing on our arrival for our breakfasts, and even much more! The arrival and departure procedures are extremely simple and leave an ideal latitude. I highly recommend this rental and keep it in my address book!

We had a great stay in this small apartment, very well arranged and tastefully decorated. It is located in a very quiet area, close to Soulac-sur-Mer, and enjoys an ideal location. The balcony offers a superb view of the ocean and magnificent sunsets, a real plus ☀️ Another very appreciable bonus: the provision of two bicycles, which allowed us to enjoy the surroundings without using the car, which remained parked for two days. A perfect stay, we recommend without hesitation!

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to live in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We recommend it.

Top location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the residence is quiet. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus.
