An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. Very good stay at this Airbnb. Good host communication, very responsive. Self check-in. Perfectly located, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped house. Fans available. Bikes are available, ideal for visiting Annecy. Paid parking nearby and also free if you go further away.

A PERFECT PLACE! Bernard, Sabine, Macha (their dog) and their horse, are very kind, discreet, accommodating, responsive. The accommodation is ultra clean, small cottage but well furnished. Quality and well thought-out equipment. Shaded terrain almost all day, so perfect for both dogs and humans. A magnificent view. Very polite and friendly locals. Close to Lake Annecy and Le Bourget du Lac. Everything was perfect, so a BIG THANK YOU!

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views! The apartment is furnished in a cozy alpine style with lots of wood – super charming and inviting. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The landlady was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

We had a great, short stay and it was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, we loved having the pool to cool off in after a days riding. The villa is a short walk from the old town of Annecy with its wonderful bars and restaurants. It's also very convenient for the lake. Our hosts Aimé and Faïza were very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend their place as a base for exploring Annecy and the surrounding region. I'll be back with my family at some point.

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the Annecy animation festival. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location easy to find (20 min from the city center), quiet and beautiful. The hosts are very attentive and we were very well received from the 1st day. In addition, the pool is particularly pleasant. We recommend 100%. Signed Rémi, Justine and Célia.

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
