Sheets/towels are not provided, possibility to rent them 10€ per person. Access to the swimming pool with the supplement (according to conditions of camping) No cleaning fees but the mobile home should remain clean at the end of the stay The fees of 50€ to be paid if the Mobile home is not clean

Bungalow with veranda and summer kitchen, very private. Private parking with electric gate. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants. 15 minutes to Nice airport and beaches by car. Swimming pool with bar, toilet, shower and small summer shop. (All on private land.) I only accept adults. No children. Owner on site. And I'll wait for you to give you the keys and the fob. The Cannes Film Festival is just 10 minutes from the house. Free coffee in the morning.

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin among the trees in the cool and quiet, between my house and a trailer. You can wash the old-fashioned way with a bowl and a pitcher of water, or you have a cold outdoor shower with a water reserve behind the cabin. There is no kitchen in the cabin. Breakfast can be delivered in a basket to your cabin €6/pers and evening basket €15 per pers or dinner €24 on reservation, payment only in cash.
