Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Vacation home on the Isar

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

Located in the beautiful Risstal valley, you can start mountain tours directly from the hut or discover the beautiful diversity of the Karwendel. This lovely little cabin offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. Surrounded by mountains, it invites you to do some hiking and explore the beautiful nature of the Karwendel. It is located in a small village one hour south of Munchen.

Our six cozy double rooms are perfect for cyclists or hikers who would like to stay with us for just one night. Rooms are equipped with double bed, TV and cozy sitting area. Towels, bed linen, bathrobe are included. You use the 8 single bathrooms in the basement. In addition, there is a lounge, laundry room, cycling and ski room and a great economy with breakfast and Mediterranean cuisine in our house. And all at the foot of the brown corner.

Cozy first floor apartment in the oldest district of Bad Tölz, near Schlossplatz and Marktstraße. The house is 250 years old and lovingly renovated. On 35 square meters there is a small bedroom (optionally 90 × 200 or 2 × 90 × 200), a kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Private entrance via terrace (13 sqm). Always happy to answer questions about the city and its surroundings.
