Holiday rentals with a patio in Lemont

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb, and Wendy made our experience a positive one. She met us upon our arrival, and she provided us with clear entry instructions prior to our arrival. She also had written instructions posted within the apartment when additional explanations were necessary. Everything about the apartment matched its Airbnb description. We would definitely stay with Wendy again, and can with confidence recommend the property to those considering a stay with Wendy in the future.

Fantastic spot in a great neighborhood. Clean and comfortable at a solid price. Strong water pressure is a real perk for me and this place has it in spades. Highly recommended

Amy was so thoughtful with all the small amenities she provided, it made us feel right at home. The fireplace was a cozy plus. the place was spacious and so clean and updated.

Christopher’s place was the perfect retreat for an overnight in Harrisburg! I honestly didn’t know what to expect having booked an apartment downtown on Memorial Day weekend, but since the reviews were good and I was only staying one night, I decided to take my chances… and I’m glad I did; you’d never guess that such a peaceful spot was just blocks away from the capitol and the hustle and bustle of the city! I was extremely pleased with the location, both its walkability to attractions (I especially enjoyed an authentic Mexican breakfast at Tres Hermanos!) and its proximity to the peaceful river walk! My one and only complaint is that the shower only ran cold water (it was communicated that we could expect it to get cold after 15 minutes, but it never got warm), but it was for me a very minor issue in the context of my overall stay. The water temp might be an issue in colder weather or for longer stays, but for a short-term rental, this location can’t be beat!

This was a clean, well-cared for spot, right in town and very convenient for walking to shops nearby for my niece's graduation. Ryan was responsive and helpful in all communications. We would stay here again for sure!

This place is awesome and we can’t wait to return. Everything was very clean, and it was private and so relaxing. The owners were very responsive and provided everything and even surprised us with fresh eggs. The chickens were such fun to watch from the patio, and Izzy their dog was so friendly. The owners are wonderful people and they were very attentive. We can’t wait to return.

Joseph is a great host; he offered excellent suggestions for local hikes, attractions, and restaurants. His place was spotless, and it was stocked with a nice selection of coffees and snacks. Mills Springs is a perfect location to explore the Central PA mountains; the Poe Valley Area is remote and beautiful; there is a scenic easy hike around Colyer Lake, which is only 15 minutes from the cabin. The location is ~20 minutes from State College and 25 minutes to a charming small town called Bellefonte. I highly recommend Joseph as a host and his cabin as a place to stay for a relaxing visit to the central PA mountains.

This is our third year staying here for a conference. It makes life so easy and peaceful to get away and relax at the end of our long days.

Jesse was a great host to a wonderful stay. My extended family needed a place to lodge that would house all of us, and everything was very accommodating. Beautiful property, spacious home, and everything we needed for a comfortable night. We would have loved to stay longer and enjoy everything the home and surrounding area had to offer.

The house was beautiful and immaculate! We only stayed one night so we didn’t have time to really explore the surrounding area but we highly recommend Sheri and her home! The couch is SO comfy!!!

We stayed at Kyler and Ben’s for the weekend of my son’s graduation from Penn State. It was perfect for our needs. Loved that every bedroom had a private bathroom. It was very clean and spacious. They were quick to respond to my questions and were so thoughtful - leaving us a bottle of cider to enjoy when they learned of our interest in the local wineries. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay! House was beautifully decorated and clean. Hosts were super responsive! We stayed for PSU graduation so it was close enough to campus but also in a quiet area so we got to relax after the hustle and bustle.

Our family of four stayed here for a long weekend so that we could visit extended family members in State College. This home was perfect for our needs, as everyone had their own bedroom and there was common space for visiting and meal times. For being a smaller house, the layout felt very spacious and comfortable. Everything in the house was well-maintained and scrupulously clean. The back deck and large yard were just lovely; we saw deer and other wildlife every day. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. People wave hello when you drive by them. The hosts were communicative and helpful; they truly want you to have a nice stay. We would be delighted to stay here again the next time we come to town.

Nice, old rustic house has been modernized with nice decor. Jennifer was responsive and such a sweetheart. There were multiple folded towels and washcloths on each bed with a chocolate mint added, various toiletries multiple throws/blankets, and TVs in every BR. I brought my service dog and it was a joy to see entrance separators so I could close off the steps outside but sit back on the deck with him and enjoy the weather and view. The game room was a special touch along with the hot tub, and four BRs with Queens and Kings versus smaller size beds (i.e., twin-size or full). The house was fully stocked with everything one would or could use from a myriad of kitchen utensils, kitchenware, spices, etc. Each BR and living areas are individually controlled, which is great, but the the heating/cooling system could use some tweaks and perhaps upgrades. Some cobwebs on the ceilings of one of the bedrooms so some dusting inside and on the deck. Overall, peaceful; loved it!

Sherry’s place was exactly what was described in the listing and even better in person. Our family of four enjoyed Memorial Day Weekend here and enjoyed the golf course and Clubhouse Restaurant. We will be returning again soon. Make sure you give this place a try!

I love how it makes me feel like home. Great work area and the kitchen is my favorite place. Also really convenient if you have dogs cause there is some great area to go in a long walk with your pets

Great deal, comfortable beds, had everything I needed had issues with the toilet and got fixed right. Great hosts and will take care of you if something happens with the Airbnb.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. We had the best time! The hosts are the nicest people and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay! I had a wonderful stay at Rose’s cabin near Blue Knob State Park. The setting was peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature—exactly what I was hoping for. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen. It’s clear Rose put a lot of thought into the little details that make guests feel at home. Rose was an excellent host—responsive, kind, and respectful of privacy. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would definitely recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful escape into the Pennsylvania mountains. Thank you
