Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lehman Township

Amazing time! House was perfect for us! Deer came right into the yard! Perfect location! It was close to everything we wanted to do!

Danielle was a wonderful host, very fast with responses and made us feel very welcome in her lovely home. The house is very spacious, and beautiful and was very accommodating to our group. The house comes with a paddle boat and kayak and we had lots of fun taking them out to the pond in the backyard. We really loved our stay and would love to come back and stay here again!

We were very satisfied with our stay. Nick replied promptly to all of my text messages and was very helpful. He usually has firewood split and stacked, but there was no more split firewood. I texted him to ask where I could go get firewood or if he had the tools so I could split it manually, but he said that we are on vacation and should relax. Within about an hour, split firewood was delivered and placed in the storage area for us! It rained every single day, but we were very thankful for the indoor activities the finished basement. There was a poker table with chips and cards, karaoke machine, basketball, table tennis, pac-man, fussball , a fitness area with a bike, yoga mat and weights. The only two things I did not like, were out of Nick's control. One was that the lake was very mucky and when I fell in 3 times, I came up smelling like manure. You can kayak on it, but I would advise not falling in. The other issue was the long line at the gate to enter the community.

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

This was my first ever Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience. The host is super friendly and responsive. The place is exactly as described. Even though it was pet friendly, there was no odor whatsoever. Very clean and fresh. Zero complaints! Will definitely be back in the future!

Steven was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was well maintained. The kayaks were fun. The outdoor area was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for regarding privacy. All amenities were as described.

This place reminded me of the lakehouses my family used to rent when I was a kid. It made me feel right at home. Lots of space, great view, awesome location 10min away from a great market with everything you need while still being surrounded by nature. We also loved the reading material. Our stay was a cozy couples weekend but would also be great for a family trip or a get together with friends. Honestly this was an amazing deal price wise, I felt like we got way more value than what we paid. Thanks, Sam!

Very happy with our stay. Responsive and helpful host. Beautiful home and scenery to get away. Surrounded by nature, with deer and geese passing through the property. Had a great time out on the lake using the kayaks and boat available and getting some fishing in.

Great time with family- rained the entire time- best rainy vacation ever! We enjoyed fishing on the lake, hot tub was great, playing pool, family game nights and nearby hiking to waterfalls. Great family spot to bring dogs…Scottish terrier could do the spiral stairs immediately, big wirehaired pointer took a couple of days to conquer the stairs but he Did It! I would highly recommend if you want to spend time with family in a relaxing atmosphere!

Allison’s place is perfect if you’re looking for a cute cozy space to unwind and relax. Her place was so clean and looked exactly like the photos. She’s more than willing to help with anything you need while you’re there too! Overall great place to stay!

Aga couldn’t have been a more responsive and gracious host. The house is simply perfect - the outdoor areas are expansive and beautifully appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms are all renovated and beautifully maintained. We absolutely loved our stay. 10/10 and will definitely rent this lovely home again.

Everything was just right and matched what is in the photos. The guide book provided was so helpful to know how everything worked in the house and how to access the lake. The property was easy to find, full of wildlife to watch, clean inside, and had all the amenities of home.

From booking to check-out, Karan made this entire process so smooth. The cottage was lovely, exactly as described, and properly cleaned!! We had everything we needed, and the cozy welcoming space felt just like home. We had a wonderful stay!

Our family and dogs had an amazing stay at this lakeside home! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the water with stunning views. We took full advantage of the kayaks, swam in the lake, and spent our evenings grilling, relaxing on the expansive patio, and unwinding by the fire pit. The house had everything we needed for a peaceful and fun getaway. The host was also excellent—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing escape

Erin’s place is beautiful…perfect for a family retreat, with a stunning view of the lake and so much space to relax, cook, play, read, and socialize. She has stocked the house thoughtfully with games, books, cooking supplies, comfy gathering places…everything we needed to enjoy a graduation weekend with family. We’re grateful we had a chance to stay here and highly recommend it!

Timothy's cabin was so nice! It was clean, easy to find, and had great outdoor space. We felt right at home! We also appreciated that it was pet friendly as well. Would stay at his property again for sure.

Such a beautiful Airbnb!! Very homey, clean, and a lot of amenities are provided! It is also in a great location. 2 minute drive from the lake, 4 minute drive from mini-golf, 5 minute drive from a beautiful park / hiking trail, a 25 minute drive downtown, and about a 15 minute drive to stores (aldi, walmart, lowe’s) and places to eat. Good home, surrounded by good locations. Host is fantastic, and always communicative. Responds fast, answers all questions, and even left us some vital things such as sunscreen and extra bath towels! A 10/10 experience for me and my girls.

Christine’s place was amazing. We stood at the “Fika” cabin and it was great. It was super cozy and a well thought out space. It had plenty of room for me and my family. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials needed to a great time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a nice getaway with the family without sacrificing any amenities. This is our second time coming to the Cozy Cottage on the lake. Our stay was even more memorable than the first time and we loved all the new upgrades that were done with the house, making it even more special and easy to relax and take in the stunning home. Emmett and his family were again incredibly helpful and thoughtful—quick responses, clear instructions, and little touches that made the stay feel special. They even remembered we were coming for my dad’s birthday and made it even more memorable for him ;) The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. The family takes pride in their home and it shows. Highly recommend!

I searched Airbnb for the most private, peaceful, prettiest cabin and I came across Kelsey and Ryan’s place. My stay was nothing less than perfect! Their place was spotless, even with being in the middle of the woods. Everything from the coziness of the interior to the fire pit, sauna, and hot tub this place is the ultimate relaxing getaway. I asked Kelsey and Ryan for recommendations for lunch and places to visit, they were super attentive. If you’re looking for a romantic weekend getaway, BOOK THIS CABIN

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Catia’s place. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood, s’mores at the fire pit, sitting on the beautiful big covered porch. The amenities listed were all included. Catia’s guide was extremely helpful. The place is exactly as pictured. It was easy to get in and lock up when we left. We spent a lot of time exploring local spots, visited Hickory Run State Park, Hawk Falls, Austin T Blakeslee Natural Area. My boys loved the bunk beds (I loved the room darkening shades). The home was comfortable and Catia was a wonderful host.

My friends and I had a great time during the MDW weekend at Danny’s. The place was just as described and there was plenty of space for the 9 of us. We really enjoyed the game room with all the arcade games and the pool table. Would definitely come back and also recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing trip on a beautiful lake.
