Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Ledenice

Very successful stay. If I am in the area, this apartment will be the first on the list. The sea and the atmospheric beach are about a 5-minute walk away. Also great as a base for exploring Rijeka, Plitvice lakes, the island of KRK, and nearby charming towns. There were also close friends of Tomislav, who were very kind and ready to help. I highly recommend it.

Marija is a very nice host. She gave us good instruction to find her apartment & she was very flexible when we arrived earlier. She is very nice & friendly. The apartment is situated very near the sea. There is a beautiful view from the living room & the bedroom. Our favourite place was the big terrace where we spent most of our time if we were not wandering around the beautiful area.

The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! Nice, well-maintained house. All amenities are available, clean, very comfortable. Lots of room for a big family. The host is welcoming, always available. We really enjoyed our stay, especially since it was our first time in Croatia🥰

We stayed as a family with 2 children (8 + 6 years) for a good 1 week in Marija's apartment. We enjoyed it very much. On the positive side, the apartment is very spacious, the terrace is large and covered. The nearest beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The old town is also just a stone's throw away in the other direction. So great location. The two roads that pass the property are partly noisy... many vacationers who want to go to the beach, on foot or by car. From Vrbnik you can make beautiful excursions with children. All in all, we were very satisfied. Thanks!!

Amazing host. Very kind and friendly, and professional. Highly recommend her place and location is ideal. Just be prepared to walk up the hill. Very close to beaches and restaurants. We barely drove. We loved walking and challenge of the hill. AC was a great plus. Helped at night and sleep time. Thank you Milena for being an amazing host…my family left with awesome memories.

Quiet, too late to rest. Caring people who love to cook and share food with others. Lots of kitty in the neighborhood. Mario allowed us to bring our kitties too, we had no problems. A bit of a walk to the Selce waterfront, and a little further to Crikvenica. Driving on the highway beautiful. All in all, we are coming again! ☺️

Lovely house/bungalow surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful garden. Green and peacefull hidden gem even if it is situated between the beach and the main street (which was very convinient to go to the supermarket and restaurants). Interior of the house was very cosy and charming. We enjoyed the paintings on the wall and sculptures which all were made by Vesna! Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and confy. Overall we all loved our stay very much. Vesna was warm-hearted and lovely person. Thank you so much!

The accommodation was clean and functional for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Cabinets for clothes were sufficient and the bed comfortable. From the small balcony, you could look at the sea, the mountains and the neighboring islands. We had breakfast there every day, with a wonderful view. The 200 steps down to the beach are a breeze, but going back up is exhausting, but doable. From the beach, you can wonderfully stroll into the town. In the evening, it is wonderful to see the sun sink into the sea. We were also totally thrilled with hiking in the Velebit Mountains. The hosts were always available and very helpful. We had problems with our car, the landlord drove us to the workshop and arranged everything.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

Biserka and her family's house was perfect! Biserka and her family are very friendly and always there if you need something or have a question. The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house is really tasteful and beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The cleanliness is perfect! The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Air conditioning available. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The best thing was the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you can prepare your meals like you would at home. You rarely find something like this. The house is a dream and everything is really perfect! You can't have it better. I can only recommend the location to everyone! We'd love to come back. We say thank you to Biserka, Vjeko and Alen for their hospitality. The house is also ideal for families with 2 to 3 children. And animals are allowed too. You can only give full stars as a rating here.

Amazing house, great stay. Value for money place. Very friendly host. The place had all what we needed. The attached lawn had a wonderful seating area. The entire area was very peaceful. Would recommend.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

A really beautiful house, with an amazing terrace and in a very nice place. Very raccomanded!!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay at near Senj.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

Rajko and his family were all really nice and friendly. They welcomed us with their home made rakija and were super friendly. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
