Holiday rentals with a patio in Ledenice

We were a family of 5 people and a dog in the apartment. Everything was as described. The property is very spacious. Everything is clean, the amenities are great. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away and you can also reach the center of Crikvenica within 15 minutes along the beach promenade. We would book the place again anytime!

The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! We were 2 couples and had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It is beautifully and modernly luxuriously furnished. We will miss amenities such as the outdoor kitchen with large grill and the pool very much. The kitchen is also superbly equipped and the appliances are almost new. The coffee machine is a Nespresso machine - capsules should be brought or obtained at e.g. Plodine (shopping market, about 6 minutes by car). The way to the beach is about 10 minutes and quite steep, but that can be easily overlooked if you enjoy the great beach with its nice restaurants with delicious food.

We had a very nice stay at Gordana's. The accommodation is superbly equipped, especially in the kitchen, large and clean. The hosts were easy to reach and open and helpful for all problems. The view is wonderful and the supermarket is just around the corner. Unfortunately, the WiFi was broken. Gordana tried to solve the problem and the technicians also came. Unfortunately, no one could change the fact that it still didn't work. That was a shame, but in the end, no one was to blame. The street where the accommodation is located is very narrow and the entrance needs some practice :-) but that works quite quickly. The center is quite close, but on foot (in my case pregnant +2 small children) the way back is exhausting to manage, as the apartment is quite high up on the mountain. For guests who are not good on foot, it is recommended to use the parking facilities in the center by car.

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

Quiet, too late to rest. Caring people who love to cook and share food with others. Lots of kitty in the neighborhood. Mario allowed us to bring our kitties too, we had no problems. A bit of a walk to the Selce waterfront, and a little further to Crikvenica. Driving on the highway beautiful. All in all, we are coming again! ☺️

Definitely recommend! We had wonderful days with Kristina. We were warmly received by her grandmother, who showed us everything. Contact was straightforward and quick. The apartment offers everything you need for a few nice days. Very well equipped, terrace with great views and within walking distance in 3-5 min to town and beach. There you could settle on different plateaus directly on the water and enjoy the sun and the sea. We used the barbecue, which was available on the terrace, a lot. All in all, a great city, great accommodation and lovely hosts. We felt completely comfortable!

Vacation with toddler (2 years): quiet location, few cars, quiet walking opportunities in the green, small playground nearby (church). Accommodation well equipped for children (stuffed animals, toys, spray guns, life jacket, fall-out protection for the bed, crib, stair protection on the upper floor). Kitchen and bathroom well equipped, everything you need, fridge filled with good things. Pool unfortunately unheated, but very well maintained. Fireplace and wood to heat up on cold rainy days. Sea can be reached by car within a few minutes (e.g. Cizici): beautiful bay, shallow waters, many small beaches, playground, restaurants and bars. The rest of the island can be explored in about 10-40 minutes by car. Good starting point. very satisfied, despite bad and cold weather (early May) ideal equipment - we were still able to enjoy the week. Very suitable for families - even with a toddler. Would book again immediately!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We are all very satisfied with the communication with the host, the surroundings, the dining options and the excursion opportunities. The apartment itself is worth its money and even in winter the city offers a beautiful sight due to the extensive Christmas lighting. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, not partying. We loved it!

The place is fantastic, the apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is large, very well-stocked, even a dishwasher ! Two bathrooms are a big plus, plus a washer. Marija is a great host, we were greeted by a mountain of pancakes in the morning ❤️ Highly recommend !

We spent 14 pleasant days in September with Mate in the large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 minutes' walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old town of RAB.

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!
