Located right in the center of old Antibes, this charming duplex has on the ground floor a sitting-room, an open well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with 160x200 bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink and toilets and on the first floor the entrance to the terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The terrace is large enough to sit 4 people for aperitif and more. It has all the comfort one wants to enjoy Antibes with AC at both level. It is unique, central and stylish.

Beautiful apartment of 90m2, spacious and quiet in the secured luxurious residence with concierge. Nice terrace with the garden view. Pool. Independent kitchen fully equipped with bay windows overlooking the terrace. 2 grand bedrooms with the large balcony and 2 bathrooms, the entrance with the independent WC. Very good situation, no need of a care. 950 m from the Palais du Festival, 650 m from the train station, 800 m from beaches. Free parking place in the basement garage.

Au premier étage d’un immeuble labellisé, superbe appartement avec balcon face à la plage du centre-ville. Séjour avec coin cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, 3 chambres, 1 salle d'eau avec WC. Climatisation réversible. Tous les commerces, restaurants et plage à pied. Les bateaux verts mènent à Saint Tropez en 15mn, le port se situant à proximité immédiate. Pas besoin de voiture dans cet appartement à l’emplacement privilégié. Linge de lit et de bain fourni.
