We had a great stay, beautiful sea view, the apartment was perfect, apart from cutlery, no fragile objects because I am deaf and visually impaired, great! The location was right in front of the sea, great. In any case, it's great! Thanks to Owen We would come back without hesitation!

The listing is as described. All amenities are quality. Denis welcomed us very warmly. He told us all the services the environment could provide us. The sea view, offered by the loggia, is enough to rest from the daily stress. I recommend it!

A great location that allowed us to fully enjoy the impressive spectacle of the high tides from the balcony. The cocooning feeling, the comfort of the bed and the quality of sleep were really there. The great TV and fiber wifi added to our enjoyment, as did the apartment's rational and qualitative layout. We will be sure to recommend this property, as well as the restaurant L'Inattendu, located just a 500-meter walk away, which was an experience not to be missed! A big thank you to Sophie for hosting us and for the quality of her communication before, during and after the stay.

Had a nice time in this nice apartment. Fully equipped: balcony, swimming pool, beach within walking distance, nice eateries. In short: a top spot!

For a single person it's very good, but you still need a car to get around, it's better, otherwise it's very quiet because it's in a cul-de-sac, it's relaxing

Very functional and very complete apartment in terms of equipment; its location near the port makes it very attractive and yet very quiet. In short, a most pleasant stay that we will not fail to repeat.

Nice little place close to beach and shops. The sea view is not one of them, however. The room with the bunk beds is very small, no room to put your suitcase. Full kitchen equipment.

Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!

A romantic weekend at Damien's. We were very well received, the accommodation was perfect. The bed is super comfortable! The jacuzzi is really a plus that changes the weekend. The accommodation is only 20 minutes' drive from Les Sables-d'Olonne. I would recommend it without a second thought!
