Villa holiday rentals in Le Cannet

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us a lot of advice and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with everything you need. We also thank Greg for his trust and kindness. We recommend this host 1000%. You can trust them without a second thought! Thank you for everything 😀

We really Trully had an amazing time. The house was equipped with everything we needed.. The outside area the pool, the outdoor kitchen and bathroom the outdoor living room truly amazing. The host was incredible. She welcomed us and left us a lot of yummy food, snacks, fruits, bottles of wine and beers. Great attention to detail. Prime location. We have 1000% recommend!!

Modern apartment, view from the balcony just amazing, pool clean and large. Upstairs apartment with air conditioning and two new TVs. Jean Jacques and Ingrida were very friendly and accommodating. Although the house is located on the tracks, the passing trains did not bother us during the day. Very nice surroundings, many beaches nearby. Accommodation is highly recommended!!!

We spent a week to celebrate my birthday in June. What an amazing stay! The villa is so charming, well equipped, cosy and practically equipped. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and soo beautiful. Corinne was helpful and attentive, whenever we had a question.

We loved our stay at this house - it was very spacious, well-equipped, each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The garden and pool were spectacular, beautiful, with colourful flowers and gorgeous views. We really liked the location with a great bakery just a couple minutes away and the city centre being an easy walking distance which was a big plus for us. We were not aware the house is beside an elementary school and that school is still in effect the first week of July in France so the noisy children were a surprise 😊 but it wasn’t a big bother we got used to it. Highly recommend those home - we had a great stay! The onsite support was very discreet and helpful.

Great place with all amenities for our group of 4 couples. The walk back from town for restaurants (over 400 steps is not for the faint hearted) but overall the view and amenities top class. Two very good bedrooms, one ok and one poor, but pool superb with outlook. Good kitchen. Plenty of crockery cutlery. Pool towels provided. Free parking good as car is a must. Very responsive host. 4 bathrooms good but inability to put paper down toilets a bit of a drawback.

Our family of four (with two teenagers) had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the pool, the beautiful views, the outdoor dining. We all slept comfortably. Host was responsive and truly cared about our comfort and enjoyment. FYI, the checkout process requires a walk through of the home with a representative of the host-took about ten minutes. Highly recommend this villa! Can’t wait to return one day.

Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

First stay in this lovely villa. We’ve been coming to this area for our August holidays for the past 8 years so know the area well. Now as the family are a bit older, this villa was the perfect upgrade, not to mention the great little pool which our children loved and spent every hour of every day in. Jeroen was always on hand and available to answer any questions we had. We look forward to returning next year!

we felt very comfortable from the beginning. The host was always available for questions. Very well-kept garden with swimming pool. We would only recommend guests to bring more towels (pool towels). The house was very private and quiet. Our dog could move freely on the whole property including driveway, it was all fenced, so ideal for holidays with dog. Cannes and Nice were very easy to reach. In the village of Le Cannet, there are also very good restaurants and good shopping.

Overall we had a nice relaxing stay at Alexandre's. The listing is exactly as described.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. The greatest house we had in our past Airbnb experience. Breathtaking view, very nice and tastefully decorated house, great view which we always had for us alone, Elli enormously responsive and helpful, we will definitely return and highly recommend the house without limitations

Wow! Alastair's place is a perfect, luxurious, home away-from-home. Alastair quickly deployed his team to have the villa ready for our arrival for a last-minute booking; his communication was swift, responsive and detailed. The villa was the most perfect place for our party of three married couples to stay for our friends wedding nearby! We arrived to a chilled bottle of champagne, lovely linen, comfortable beds, bathrobe and slippers, and of course the entire place was spotlessly clean. The pool was a delight and there is no detail that has not been thought of. Stunning views of the rolling hills and Mougins. Alastair has gone to the trouble of creating a welcome book with so many beautiful recommendations from restaurants to days out too which was very helpful. The only negative is that we were not able to stay longer! Do not hesitate to book.

In an idyllic setting, the house offers quality services: bedding, private bathrooms, practical and widely equipped kitchen for 7, a terrace with an exceptional view. We'll be happy to go back!
