Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lavallette

The place is fresh with a beach theme, lots of natural light and a peaceful white, cream and aqua decor. The space is open and welcoming and very clean. Everything you need to feel at home is there. Kitchen is sort of divided which is great for containing heat when running the oven or stove on a hot day. Loved having a dishwasher. Air conditioning in all spaces. Spiral staircase to second floor is a bit tight but also fun and different. The neighborhood is sort of tucked away so it is quieter than other areas in a town that can get very busy in the summer. We were off season so it was very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk or bay sides of the peninsula. Grocery store about 1 mile away. Chris responded in minutes to any question and was very helpful. Would love to come back!

Great place to stay. Super clean, close to the state park and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for our family of 3. The area that the house is in is also very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

This was our second time staying at this location, and we can’t wait to return:)

This place is like a piece of heaven on earth! Anything you can think of was included and available for use. The neighbors are great and the owners were a text away if you had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the boardwalk, but secluded from the hustle and bustle! Thank you for having us!

A true 5-star property and host. An amazing house in a beautiful area surrounded by water with access to a private beach. The house has been recently remodeled with a private king-size bedroom/bath. A second king size bed and 2 other bedrooms. The open kitchen and sun room are perfect places for a family to hang out and have meals. The amazing deck has a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks and access to the waterway that runs through the neighborhood. The house has multiple tv’s including one on the deck outside. The house is in a lovely section of Mantoloking not far from restaurants and close to Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights attractions and boardwalks. My multi-generational family of 6 had a wonderful time and appreciated Donovan’s quick responses and superb communication. He was a wonderful host and we would definitely want to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We had such a wonderful stay in Rosanna’s beach home. She was a lovely host and was very friendly & responsive. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Even things we hadn’t thought of! Prime location very close to the beach. We definitely plan on coming back :) Thank you, Rosanna!

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

Chris’s home was perfect for a weekend down the shore! Close to everything you would need. Chris was extremely helpful and communicative, making the stay even better.

Anneke’s place was fantastic. Although the weather wasn’t in our favor, the place itself was very pleasant and felt like a new home. Anneke was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We hope to book again in the future!

Christina’s apartment is spacious and quiet. There was ample parking available and the check-in process was easy. It’s located on the ground floor of most likely a historic home with another apartment directly above it. It’s located approximately one mile from the beach and close to restaurants. Christina was very helpful and responsive. I booked the apartment for a one night stay in May and the AC wasn’t installed yet, so check first if you’re needing to book in the off/low season. Overall, a great value, especially given the rental costs in the area.

What an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space and a great outdoor area. Everything was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was set up so nicely. The ocean and bay were both 5 minutes walking distance, with restaurants and stores within walking distance and the boardwalk area close by. Dean was a great host, and we will definitely be back!

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

This stay was amazing!! Joanne was so kind and laid back. We felt right at home and loved the outdoor space. Would stay again and again!

Just 3 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the boardwalk. Beautiful apartment, looks like it was recently painted and renovated. Everything is very fresh and new. L

We loved our stay at Jeff's place! The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, the place was very clean and only a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated having access to beach badges, chairs and umbrellas! Also really appreciated Jeff accommodating an early check-in and late checkout, and offering some great restaurant recommendations.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

This airbnb was absolutely amazing, Not to mention the host was as very friendly and welcoming he allowed me and my family to have a late check out because we checked in late, The apartment was beyond clean and cozy we really enjoyed staying here and will be back again, Thabk you Carl for being great.

This was a great find for our family. The location, house and owners were absolutely wonderful! It was our first family vacation with our son and it was so great for all of us. He had so much space to crawl around and we were able to relax. The house was impeccably clean and the perfect size. The backyard and the amenities were the best. We loved how quiet and peaceful the area was. It was close enough to the boardwalk to walk but far enough from the “craziness” that sometimes attracts the young crowds. It was very family friendly which is just what we were looking for. It’s nestled between a 7 eleven and a bagel place which was an amazing bonus just a block or so away. We would definitely recommend staying at Juliann’s place if you are looking for a clean, peaceful, family friendly place. Juliann and her family were very warm, welcoming and helpful. We look forward to staying there again next year!

Wondefull place, the only downfall was that it is next to the Flamingo motel with parties going on 24/7 but that is not the host's fault. Otherwise amazing.

We had the best stay at Jennifer’s place for a girls weekend getaway! We didn’t want to leave. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her place to make it welcoming. It is so well decorated and stocked with all the necessities, plus more than you would typically expect! This is a place where you don’t have to pack a ton for the beach because she has the place stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. We were missing something in the condo and Jennifer was quick to respond and bring it to us, she is super communicative and accommodating. The location was PERFECT as we walked to everything we wanted to within 15 minutes. Having beach badges to both Seaside AND funtown were such a plus. HIGHLY recommend checking out Funtown!! We are already planning a trip back!!

This was a perfectly situated property. We were close to beach, restaurants and shops. The layout was conducive to sitting together while cooking. The bedrooms and bathroom exactly as described and photographed. Entire home was impeccably clean and well decorated. Myra’s theme of “make wonderful memories” was easy to do at this location.
