We bought and lovingly renovated our dream home with beautiful views over the vineyards, lake, and mountains. It’s a peaceful place where we live upstairs with our children. The house includes a cozy, renovated 45m² flat with its own entrance and private garden. It is independent, but as it's part of our family home, you may occasionally hear the natural sounds of family life from above. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Max 10min walk to the center of Vevey, Nestlé, lake, pool and funicular. Free parking. We live there so it brings the normal noises of a family life with children and dog. Residential neighborhood!
