Hi! I propose a nice little flat that can accommodate up to 2 people. The flat features a hall, a bathroom/ toilet, a small kitchen and a main room with beautiful old wooden floor. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker, microwave, oven, fridge and everything you need to cook). The main room features a double bed and a sofa, a coffee table, a small TV (with cable) and a desk that can be used as a working place or a dinner table. Clean bed linen, blanket and pillows are provided. The bathroom consists of a shower/ w bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (lift available) of a beautiful ancient and quiet building in one of the fanciest neighbourhood of the city (between the lake and the train station). The flat is only 5 min. away from the train station and the lake by walk. The city center ("The Place Saint-François", the Cathedral and the main shopping area) can be reached in only 10-15 min. by walk or 3-5 min. with the subway. The closest bus stop is less than 50m away and the closest subway station is about 100m away. Within 100 meters around the apartment, you’ll find grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and bars. We bought and lovingly renovated our dream home with beautiful views over the vineyards, lake, and mountains. It’s a peaceful place where we live upstairs with our children. The house includes a cozy, renovated 45m² flat with its own entrance and private garden. It is independent, but as it's part of our family home, you may occasionally hear the natural sounds of family life from above. Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. Nice recent and fully furnished studio of approx. 27 m2 on the lower ground floor of a beautiful detached house. Bedroom area with 160x200 bed and wardrobe, sofa bed, small open plan kitchen arranged and equipped, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, underfloor heating, blackout outdoor electric blinds. Beautiful and large wooded garden, quiet area of Chailly. No smoking for 1 or 2 people.

Entire place

The entire place is at the guest's disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location close to shops ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops public transport ( metro and buses). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.
