We bought and lovingly renovated our dream home with beautiful views over the vineyards, lake, and mountains. It’s a peaceful place where we live upstairs with our children. The house includes a cozy, renovated 45m² flat with its own entrance and private garden. It is independent, but as it's part of our family home, you may occasionally hear the natural sounds of family life from above. Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Nous vous proposons notre appartement idéalement situé au coeur du village touristique d'Evian-les-Bains et au coeur du chateau historique de Fonbonne. Vous pourrez profiter de son espace extérieur pour manger au calme, de ses deux chambres, et de sa cuisine ouverte sur le salon. Depuis "Le Chateau", tout se fait a pied et vous pourrez profitez de votre séjour en toute quiétude. Nous vous souhaitons d'y passer de très bons moments. Marc & Regina

Lovely modern apartment with view on the Alps

Our apartment is a 5 min walk from the train station of Bussigny and a 10 min train ride to the center of Lausanne. From the apartment you can go for nice forest and country side walks. There is also a running/fitness trail in the forest nearby. Our place is 10 min car ride to the lake (lac Leman), where you can enjoy the beach, water activities and lake side paths . We would be glad to give you more tourist advice if you desire.

Chambre indépendante, accès privé, free parking!

Entrez dans un nid de 13m2 avec son entrée et sa salle de douche. La petite terrasse attenante est pour vous détendre, vous pourrez aussi jouer au jeu d'échecs géant! A max 10min à pied du centre de Vevey, de Nestlé, du lac, de la piscine et du funiculaire. Parking gratuit. Nous habitons sur place et cela amène donc les bruits normaux d'une vie de famille avec enfants et chien. Quartier résidentiel!
