Holiday rentals with a pool in Latin America

The place was beautiful! The pool and rooftop were great amenities. Walking distance to the beach and some nice restaurants close by. Claudio was very responsive and friendly. Overall amazing visit, definitely recommend!

We booked the pine house for an overnight stay and photoshoot and wow was it beautiful! We absolutely loved the natural lighting and how comfortable the space was.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Waking up right on the water with a breathtaking view every morning felt like a dream. The sunrises and sunsets were picture-perfect, and we spent hours just relaxing on the huge deck, watching boats go by and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The space was exactly as pictured. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you’re looking for a serene escape with unbeatable views, this is the place. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

Everything was great! The hosts were great communicating and checking in on us throughout our stay. They also gave us a ton of reccomendations. The location is amazing for exploring the town and different restaurants/beach clubs. It is within walking distance to a ton of places. Its right in the center of the island as well so its super quick driving to any side of the island etc. The only recommendation I have is to get some good bug spray. You want to leave the doors/windows open for airflow and the mosquito's were really bad when we went (which I have that issue in general, they just eat me up, my husband didn't get bit too badly) but I would reccomend getting some sort of mosquito repellent or bug catcher bags etc. to place in the house. The bedroom has the A/C unit, we were very comfortable sleeping at night. It was a great experience overall!! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more local feel/vibe for your stay!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren traurig, als wir wieder abgereist sind. Die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick und der private Pool waren unser Highlight. Melody ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder einmal auf St Barthelemy sind, werden wir wieder bei Melody buchen.

10/10 – A Whole Vibe, We Didn’t Wanna Leave! This Airbnb in Cancun was such a vibe! Super clean, stylish, and better than the photos. We stayed for 5 days and honestly didn’t want to leave. The house has 2 bedrooms with King beds, a half bath downstairs, a full kitchen, living room, and private pool. Upstairs has a jacuzzi, bar with a fridge, another bathroom, and a chill seating area. There’s even a gym! It’s in a great area—felt like downtown, with Walmart and food spots nearby. We spent half our trip just enjoying the Airbnb because it was that amazing. The hosts were super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I 100% recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well kept and very comfortable. The amenities with the pool and hot tub were great as well. Just a short walk to the beach and many options for dinner and activities.

Beth was a fantastic host, and we had an amazing stay! Beth provided clear, detailed information that made our check-in and the entire stay smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—so many great restaurants and fun family activities are just minutes away. We visited Gator Beach to feed alligators, went to Uncle Buck’s for bowling, visited the Gulfarium, rode go-karts at The Track, and always spent the evening on the beach to watch the sunset. Beach access was super easy, and we loved being able to walk out and enjoy the sand and ocean anytime we wanted. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful—waking up to that every morning was a treat. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to relax and enjoy all that Destin has to offer!

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

My stay at this Airbnb in Palermo was simply perfect. The apartment truly offers the best view of the city – absolutely breathtaking! Every morning I woke up to the sunrise lighting up Palermo, and at night, the city sparkled right before my eyes. The balcony is the ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine and soak in the unique scenery. Beyond the spectacular view, the apartment is super comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. The host was extremely attentive and always available with helpful tips and local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing experience in Palermo. I can’t wait to come back!

Communication was seamless! Olga was extremely responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish! Her recommendations and tips were very helpful. I can’t thank her enough, she really made my stay even better. She literally went above and beyond! This condo was absolutely like you see in the photos if not even better in person and beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The kitchen area was pristine and stocked with important essentials. Excellent for the moments I wanted to cook something quickly. Although I absolutely enjoyed all the restaurants within this oasis. I felt safe and ventured out using the golf cart, taxis and walked throughout my stay and really fell in love with this area. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony, waking up to the sea everyday was a dream come true. I will be back very soon! Thank you Olga for the best time ever!

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time at Mikes place in Driftwood. Peaceful snd private, but close to local restaurants and shopping. My kiddos loved the pool. We will definitely stay again!

Again we had a pleased stay. This was the second time we stayed an Ashley’s and Burnetts House. It is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing and recharging vacation. Everything you need is there, house is clean, lot of space but the highlight is the patio and pool area. The only fly in the ointment is, that there is no shade at the pool area. Burnett and Ashley are always reachable. They made the whole stay as easy as possible. Thanks again, will be back some day

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house and surrounding space were amazing—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor shower felt like a little oasis, and the pool was fantastic—clean, refreshing, and a great place to unwind. The location was also perfect—conveniently situated near everything we needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Chris was an exceptional host. Despite our very late arrival at 2 a.m., she greeted us warmly and even gave us a tour of the property. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local activities, restaurants, and directions. We were in town for a wedding, and Chris went above and beyond by kindly taking photos for us before we left for the event—something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!

We stayed at Casa Maeva for six nights and absolutely loved it. This was one of the best homes we have ever rented. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room to spread out and the beachfront location was stunning. Our children loved the pool, and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside in the evening under the palapa. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Daily cleaning service was fantastic. The house manager, Cecilia, was incredibly helpful with everything we needed while we were there. The only downide was that there was a ton of sargassum (seaweed) on the beach while we were there - obviously nothing the owners could do about that. But it does omit an odor and made beach going on the entire eastern coast pretty undesirable. We hopped on the ferry and went over to Cozumel one day to get clear beaches. I highly recommend Casa Maeva, but would advise guests to check sargassum during the time of year they are booking their trip.
