Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Latin America

We had a wonderful time at Tami's place! The house is super cute, so well designed, and in a great location that lends itself well to doing things on-site as well as serving as a springboard to other places/attractions. At the house, we enjoyed sunbathing, snorkeling (cool fish living right there whereTami and hubby built a wall in the water with stacked limestone pieces), and paddling the ocean kayak (we saw a nurse shark as we were heading out to one of the sandbars!). We loved the deck where you can sit and enjoy the cool breeze off the water while listening to the waves and admiring the view. As mentioned, we were close enough to zip into town to shop, visit beaches, and do an excursion without having to drive very far. Communication both prior & after arrival was easy and replies were super prompt. Once there, Tami had left a notebook full of info on every possible thing to do/see on the island. We loved our time there & wished we could have stayed longer!

We loved Bills home. The Unit was wonderful, clean, spacious, awesome decor, great lighting. The Pool and area was spa like, exactly what we wanted, but more. Bill was very friendly, very responsive. We had a great experience and will be back for sure. Thank you!

Excellent stay, Sylvia was always attentive to my entire journey, she helped me with the activities, suggestions and recommended places. Without a doubt, thanks to her, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience, an excellent person to whom I thank all her attentions. I highly recommend this place.

An unforgettable experience! The view is simply breathtaking, especially in the late afternoon, when the mist descends from the mountains and covers everything around, creating the magical feeling of being in the clouds. The chalet is carefully prepared to offer the comfort and hospitality worthy of a high-end hotel. The entire team, and especially the host, are to be congratulated for their attention, dedication and care in every detail.

Pictures will never do this place justice. This place was so beautiful and clean!! Hosts were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location we walked all over the neighborhood with no issues. As with any new location keep aware of your surroundings.

Adriana is an excellent host. It was nice chatting with her as she made our breakfast in the morning. We had a great view from our balcony. The only thing to note is that you have to walk along a curvy road with no sidewalk to go to the beach.

WOW! The stay with John and Kezi was nothing short of spectacular. They were incredibly helpful from booking to our stay and throughout our departure from the property. The location is to die for, and the sounds of the waves from the ocean below were a wonderful touch to fall asleep to. We felt very secure the entire time we were there and had no problems with accessing any part of the property. It is centrally located on the island, so the drive times to Christiansted and Frederiksted were comparable. I would recommend this stay to ANYONE visiting St. Croix. Anytime we come back to the island, we will be staying here!

Brigitte & Gino are wonderful hosts. Welcoming, commutative and down to earth souls that make the accommodations so much more enjoyable. The place is perfect if you’re seeking to disconnect and truly enjoy some R&R. We woke up each morning to the little birds singing to each other on the front porch and spent our down time in the tiki area after exploring the island (the hammocks and swing chairs were our favorite). The fresh papaya juice Brigitte made for us upon arrival was not only thoughtful, but delicious. The location is about 20-25 mins from the hustle and bustle of Noord, but if you have a car it’s super easy to get around (just know there are a TON of roundabouts). If you’re looking to unwind and seeking a more authentic experience, away from the high rise resorts, but within close proximity to the beach (less than a 3 min walk), this is the perfect place. *Thank you Brigitte & Gino! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place was an absolute dream! The perfect romantic escape by the beach—peaceful, private, and even more beautiful than the photos. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping wine at sunset on the patio. Every little detail was thoughtfully done, from the cozy linens to the soft lighting. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything effortless. We left feeling relaxed, reconnected, and already planning our next stay. Highly recommend for couples looking for a magical beach getaway!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well kept and very comfortable. The amenities with the pool and hot tub were great as well. Just a short walk to the beach and many options for dinner and activities.

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! Absolutely loved the condo! Great views-saw lots of manatees & a huge sea turtle. Layla was a wonderful host and made last minute accommodations for us. Lots to do and eat around us. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Beth was a fantastic host, and we had an amazing stay! Beth provided clear, detailed information that made our check-in and the entire stay smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—so many great restaurants and fun family activities are just minutes away. We visited Gator Beach to feed alligators, went to Uncle Buck’s for bowling, visited the Gulfarium, rode go-karts at The Track, and always spent the evening on the beach to watch the sunset. Beach access was super easy, and we loved being able to walk out and enjoy the sand and ocean anytime we wanted. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful—waking up to that every morning was a treat. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to relax and enjoy all that Destin has to offer!

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

We had a fabulous stay at Soleil! Julie and Sareika were incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations and assistance in booking dinner reservations or finding a taxi. The apartment is beautiful with views of the water, nice grounds and pool. The neighborhood is very safe, a bit outside of the buzz of Montego Bay, which was ideal for us. We will absolutely be back!
