Holiday rentals with a pool in Latin America

Excellent stay, Sylvia was always attentive to my entire journey, she helped me with the activities, suggestions and recommended places. Without a doubt, thanks to her, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience, an excellent person to whom I thank all her attentions. I highly recommend this place.

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

Casa Santiago was just what the pictures and descriptions said. The host was thorough in his communication from check in to check out. Prior to arriving, they sent us a list of places to eat and things to do. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will definitely be returning here when in PR!

Everything was great! The hosts were great communicating and checking in on us throughout our stay. They also gave us a ton of reccomendations. The location is amazing for exploring the town and different restaurants/beach clubs. It is within walking distance to a ton of places. Its right in the center of the island as well so its super quick driving to any side of the island etc. The only recommendation I have is to get some good bug spray. You want to leave the doors/windows open for airflow and the mosquito's were really bad when we went (which I have that issue in general, they just eat me up, my husband didn't get bit too badly) but I would reccomend getting some sort of mosquito repellent or bug catcher bags etc. to place in the house. The bedroom has the A/C unit, we were very comfortable sleeping at night. It was a great experience overall!! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more local feel/vibe for your stay!

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

My family and I love the stay, we feel at home! I returned very rested and happy to have spent a few days there. Mrs. Chevis cooked for us every day and the breakfasts and meals were delicious. Dimas always in the best disposition to solve any question, thank you for all your recommendations, we had a massage at home and it was delicious! Everything is spectacular, the beach is beautiful ❤️and the view is spectacular ❤️

I was delighted with the house by the photos, but in person it is even more amazing! Gabriele's attention and care for our stay made all the difference. From the beginning, he was super attentive, which made the experience even more special. It was a wonderful experience and I'm counting down the days to come back. 🙂

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well kept and very comfortable. The amenities with the pool and hot tub were great as well. Just a short walk to the beach and many options for dinner and activities.

Absolutely loved the condo! Great views-saw lots of manatees & a huge sea turtle. Layla was a wonderful host and made last minute accommodations for us. Lots to do and eat around us. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Omg. This space is absolutely beautiful. You have an incredible view of the marina. There are many restaurants in walking distance. The room had everything we needed and more. Everything was clean and exactly as the pictures. I wish we could have stayed here longer and wouldn’t have mind to spent the whole vacation staying in this room, but we had some points to use up. Landon was incredible. He was extremely responsive even until I landed in Cabo and was catching an uber. He also sent a lot of recommendations which we were able to try some! This is one of my best Airbnb experiences yet. Thank you so much!!!

Staying in a first-world hotel, the service is wonderful from both the host and his team, you can really go to rest and forget about the world, the right place to share experiences with friends or family, very safe, very quiet, on the beach and suitable to guarantee your satisfaction and rest

Sandy’s condo on the water was lovely! We loved the decor as it helped set the mood for a relaxing coastal vacation. Sandy was proactive in making sure everything was in order for a stress free weekend. We could fish from the deck and enjoyed viewing a couple of porpoises as they leisurely fished in the surrounding waters. Highly recommend.

this place had a phenomenal view, as we entered the security gate we were welcomed by eduardo. the short drive from there offered amazing views as well. the home is spacious and decorated in such a way that you feel at home. the rooms were nice and spacious. the restrooms looked and felt amazing! absolutely love this place

We had the best stay at Aaron’s condo. It was beautiful, clean, in the best spot on the beach, and came with so many unexpected extras like beach toys, boogie boards, ice packs, back pack cooler, laundry detergent, & more! The mattress was so comfortable! We will be booking here again for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Mikes place in Driftwood. Peaceful snd private, but close to local restaurants and shopping. My kiddos loved the pool. We will definitely stay again!

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The host was friendly and responsive. Everything went smoothly — I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again!

We loved the beach house. Great location. The house had everything we needed, but we couldn’t pair our phones to the speaker for some reason but we had our own JBL speaker that we used by the pool. Probably user error on our part. We absolutely enjoyed renting a golf cart and driving a couple blocks to the beach. The pool was a hit with my family and having the outdoor shower was very convenient. Overall we would absolutely rent this cute beach house again.

Again we had a pleased stay. This was the second time we stayed an Ashley’s and Burnetts House. It is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing and recharging vacation. Everything you need is there, house is clean, lot of space but the highlight is the patio and pool area. The only fly in the ointment is, that there is no shade at the pool area. Burnett and Ashley are always reachable. They made the whole stay as easy as possible. Thanks again, will be back some day

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house and surrounding space were amazing—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor shower felt like a little oasis, and the pool was fantastic—clean, refreshing, and a great place to unwind. The location was also perfect—conveniently situated near everything we needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Chris was an exceptional host. Despite our very late arrival at 2 a.m., she greeted us warmly and even gave us a tour of the property. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local activities, restaurants, and directions. We were in town for a wedding, and Chris went above and beyond by kindly taking photos for us before we left for the event—something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!

We stayed at Casa Maeva for six nights and absolutely loved it. This was one of the best homes we have ever rented. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room to spread out and the beachfront location was stunning. Our children loved the pool, and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside in the evening under the palapa. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Daily cleaning service was fantastic. The house manager, Cecilia, was incredibly helpful with everything we needed while we were there. The only downide was that there was a ton of sargassum (seaweed) on the beach while we were there - obviously nothing the owners could do about that. But it does omit an odor and made beach going on the entire eastern coast pretty undesirable. We hopped on the ferry and went over to Cozumel one day to get clear beaches. I highly recommend Casa Maeva, but would advise guests to check sargassum during the time of year they are booking their trip.

Hola Paradise has it all. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Jeff and Rae made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The view from the wraparound porch is absolutely gorgeous with 360 degree views. The outdoor living space is perfect for enjoying a movie and a glass of wine after a long day at the beach. The pool was perfect for cooling off. The apartment itself is comfortable, private, and equipped with everything you might need to make the most of your vacation. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive, and the home’s central location on the west coast of the island allowed us to explore the beaches and restaurants of the north and the south easily. We had a really lovely time and are so sad to be leaving. I highly recommend Hola Paradise.
