We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

We had a fantastic stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was well appointed with great design features. The location was great for easy access to the town and the lake. We used the bikes that were available too. We would certainly look to return on a future visit to Annecy.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful lake view in the shade for very hot days. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality equipment (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Thank you to Sylvie the owner and Carole who received us for their kindness and hospitality.

Beautiful place!! Can’t beat the location. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to rest, the road in front of the house is a bit loud, but besides that, our stay was fantastic

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this renovated forest house with great taste and attention. Congratulations for the attention to detail given to every aspect of the decoration and layout. The living room with the piano is an extraordinary piece of rest. The house is not only beautiful and extremely comfortable, but it also offers from the terrace a breathtaking view of the still snowy mountain ranges. Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great apartment with a really amazing view..

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!

We loved Jean-Charles’ place! A beautiful apartment - so clean and right in the centre of Chamonix (but the double glazing means it’s not noisy at all)! And what amazing views. Communication was great and check in was super easy with some lovely touches from the hosts. Would love to stay again some time!
