Beautiful apartment (30 m2) with terrace, on the ground floor of our residence overlooking the surrounding mountains and private parking space. It is located at the starting point for hikes in the nature on the heights of the hamlet of Chaparon. At the end of Lake Annecy and at the foot of Taillefer Mountain, enjoy the beaches, water and air sports, bike paths, mountain trails, parks and surrounding reserves (Bout du Lac Nature Reserve, Bauges Park, Aravis, Beaufortain, etc.).

An ideal location for enjoying the calm, walks and water activities. With a living room/kitchen area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a small outdoor area with a nice view (passage in front of the apartment to access my son's apartment), parking space.

It is located 800m from altitudes in a typical village of the Bauges Natural Park. You will find direct access for mountain hikes on foot or snowshoeing from the house. This is a peaceful place in the middle of the mountain.

Beautiful home in heart of Lake Annecy. Such a beautiful neighbourhood and surrounding mountain views are insane!! Lots of walkable hikes/bike rides nearby. The home was beautiful and very modern and Remi was a great host. He met us at 9pm to check in and was super helpful! Highly recommend

Beautiful apartment on the ground floor, spacious and with a magnificent view from the bedrooms. Very well equipped (even board games available) and very clean, the vehicle parking is right next door. We were very well hosted with a good exchange. I recommend if you want to stay on Lake Annecy.
