Apartment holiday rentals in Las Terrenas

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about Alejandro. He was the most helpful, responsive and likable host. His place was just like the photos- just beautiful. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and each room has its own bathroom- a huge plus. The kitchen has more amenities than my own! The only issue was the hot tub heater wasn’t working but Alejandro did everything he could to fix it including drive all the way from Santo Domingo to install a new one! And he still gave us a partial refund- that shows integrity and good business acumen. The grounds are immaculate and we loved the location because it was just a little outside the busy town (which is super noisy). We much preferred to have an ATV (highly recommend) and scoot into town or a neighboring beach when we wanted (definitely visit playa Bonita). We saw much of Las Terrenas via ATV so we had first hand knowledge of what a treasure Alejandro’s place is!

It was a really nice place the apartment is was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay definitely I will recommend if you want to visit the area you we be close by to all the good restaurants from the area the beach will just going out of the complex!

Playa Bonita remains unsoiled with a nice array of restaurants and amenities. We went for a family wedding; family members rented in the same complex. A gorgeous place. All the units were very nice but ours was the nicest :-). The owners have only upgraded high end furniture and fixtures. Views of the subset, amazing. The rare beautiful beach, not over built but with great food and amenities, heaven on earth. Other - while walkable amenities were great. Apps like Komida made shopping and food delivery fast and easy. The owner was very responsive with on the ground support. Little dark to walk at night- the phone light a great help. Everything very safe with security monitoring the ground discreetly and posted at entrances. We didn’t rent a car, opting to walk everywhere and get the occasional delivery. The unit has two kitchens! We missed that in the description. With a fridge and two bathrooms upstairs!

I spent 1 week, frankly very good. Clean, quiet and above all peaceful accommodation. Thanks to Ruth for her availability and for being so responsive. Thank you for this beautiful stay! See you soon.

Beautiful beach front apartment and A wonderful host who gave lots of information on the property and What to do in the area. Recommend without reservations , hope you enjoy as much as I do .

This was an ideal location for our first visit to the area. It was walking distance to everything. Great rooftop pool for a dip after the ocean swim, which was just across the road. Denny is an awesome host, very responsive. We would certainly return!

The place was comfortable and great location . Beautiful beach across the street. Hot water beautiful balcony. Great restaurants walking distance. Megan even tools us to playa Bonita on her way out . Excellent choice in the area if u want to be close to downtown.

This place was in the perfect location, it was clean with good wifi, hot water and the terrace was beautiful!! I will be rebooking next time I’m back! Everything was great

It’s was pleasure to stay at Keisha’s lovely home. I felt right at home and it’s a great location. Accessible to the beach, restaurants, and banks. The security team was also helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Keisha’s place.

We've had a wonderful stay at Fabien's apartment. The description, instructions, comunication were top. The apartment Is a real jewel: perfectly furnitured, equipped with all necessary tools, devices, amenities to male you feel home and not to think about anything apart from relaxing at the great beach in front. We were welcomed with a chest of local fruit - super appreciated and the kitchen had everything able to satisfy even a professionale cook (from spices, the, coffee, olive oil, aceto balsamico, ice cubes in the freezer). The linens, towels were super clean and the bathrooms were equipped with creams, balsms, sun protection, sun lotion etc. wonderful and caring host. highly reccomended!

great spot, fantastic location and great communication. only advice to my fellow BnBer if you are staying in the top room bring eye mask for the mornings, the sun seems to rise in the room 😂

Everything was super good. The host was very kind and always attentive. The location is very nice and everything was very clean. The only thing is that there are quite a few mosquitoes because there are many plants around, so bring your repellent. Other than that, everything is great.

Clean, convenient and worthwhile.

We stayed at the condo for 3 weeks and all in all, we really enjoy it. It is at the very end of Playa Ballenas in a gated community which is quiet. It does necessitate having some transportation (scooter/ATV/golf cart) to go into the city which can easily be arranged by Camila. The beach itself is only a 5 min walk. Camila was an excellent host. Took very good care of us from check-in to check-out and was responsive of any asks. Condo was great and having a full kitchen and washer and dryer made our stay that much more enjoyable. Note that there is another condo being built next door but the noise was not an issue for us. A fantastic winter escape - thank you Camila! 🙏

5 stars – A Dream Stay in Las Terrenas! We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Coson Tree Tops Penthouse in Las Terrenas, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely perfect—tucked away in a serene spot, yet just minutes from the beach and all the local attractions. The penthouse itself is stunning. Beautifully designed, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views from the terrace were just breathtaking. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the Samana area. We’re already dreaming about our next stay!

Excellent Airbnb! The house was spotless and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, a great bathroom, and a lovely layout overall. We especially loved the private garden and the fantastic pool, perfect for both adults and kids. The closest walkable beach is decent, but the truly beautiful ones are just a 5–15 minute drive away—and there's convenient private parking. Supermarkets are also nearby. The hosts were incredible—friendly, responsive, and let us store our things after checkout so we could enjoy the day without stress. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the condo was amazing. We went to the Porto restaurant/bar across the street almost every day for drinks and/or food. The condo complex is in great condition. The pool was beautiful. Beach towels at condo are super nice quality. Ana, the housekeeper is an incredible cook and so friendly. She made us a few different plantain dishes and cooked salami. She also made potato salad that was a Domincan style and very good. She tidied up every day and she helped with our personal laundry too. Our Spanish is limited so we used Google translate app to chat. Also per Kristian's suggestion used Komida app for grocery and restaurant delivery. Very convenient - just make sure you follow directions in welcome book. The town is about 1.5 miles and you need to drive. We used a reliable taxi service Super Taxi Las Terrenas - safe, reasonable and reliable. It was really an incredible experience and all of the locals we interacted with were very friendly.

Our stay was amazing, the only thing i was upset about was not spending more time at this place. The airbnb looks even better in person, spotless, clean, everything looks brand new and aesthetically pleasing. The airbnb was in a nice community with a crystal clear beach right in front and street filled with alot of restaurants. Will definitely be saving this airbnb to visit in the future. Thank you to the host you can tell they know how to host well! Look forward to staying here again!!
