Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Las Terrenas

The PH is beautiful, well-equipped, clean, it's 1A+. The Residential has many green areas, is very quiet, in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Las Terrenas is spectacular. With dazzling beaches and landscapes. The combination of Terrenas, the Residential, and Luis's PH is the perfect trio for a charming vacation. The hosts' response, proactivity, and communication are extraordinary. Thanks for everything.

Shaira's place was super clean and a great space to vacation! She was a great host and proactive about things! There are not many restaurants close by except the one in the complex but the food takes awhile to come out, so be warned! Otherwise, the location and Shaira's place were perfect!

We were very happy in the apartment, we were practically alone in the pool and the views are great. As for comfort, very comfortable and clean beds. Access is fine to climb with a normal vehicle. This away from the noise of the street but close to get down by car. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. I recommend the place 100%

beautiful stay at Sublime! the apartment is exactly as described and has many of the same features of the hotel like housekeeping and complimentary drinks in the fridge. we love the area because it is so peaceful and perfect beach + pool setup. will definitely return!

Loved LasTerrenas and the Amar'e Residences. Beautiful apartment and grounds! The spa and staff on the grounds was amazing as well. Before I left I had to hear everyone saying I shouldn't travel to the DR alone, well they couldn't have been more wrong. Absolutely breathtaking place, and the kindest people. Always smiling, always friendly. Not only did I never feel unsafe, I felt taken care of. One example, we were riding a quad to a beach on the other side of town, my friend took a speed bump too fast, and our bag popped off the back of the bike. A kind man chased us for about a mile, to not only return our bag, but also out "to go" food bag. I could give you so many examples of the kindnesses I experienced. Thank-you DR for an awesome experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at ZenRepubliK in Las Terrenas and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by the elegance and care with which this place is designed. The rooms are spacious and offer an atmosphere of serenity and comfort, with beds so comfortable that every night it became a restful rest. The complex boasts pristine pools, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, and the sea, which is just a few steps away, adds a magical touch to the landscape, inviting you to enjoy the beauty of the coast. A special thank you to Megan, whose sweetness and kindness made my stay even more special. She strives on every detail, providing a warm and personalized attention that makes one feel at home. ZenRepubliK is an oasis of luxury and tranquility in Las Terrenas, and without a doubt, a destination to which I wish to return. Highly recommended!

Wow, wow, wow. What a little piece of heaven! The house and landscaping were beautiful. We had such a relaxing time here. Las Terrenas was great, but coming home to Jennifer & Tim's home made us feel like we actually lived in paradise. Thanks to both of you for such a wonderful vacation. We hope to return soon and will be sure to stay with you again.

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about Alejandro. He was the most helpful, responsive and likable host. His place was just like the photos- just beautiful. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and each room has its own bathroom- a huge plus. The kitchen has more amenities than my own! The only issue was the hot tub heater wasn’t working but Alejandro did everything he could to fix it including drive all the way from Santo Domingo to install a new one! And he still gave us a partial refund- that shows integrity and good business acumen. The grounds are immaculate and we loved the location because it was just a little outside the busy town (which is super noisy). We much preferred to have an ATV (highly recommend) and scoot into town or a neighboring beach when we wanted (definitely visit playa Bonita). We saw much of Las Terrenas via ATV so we had first hand knowledge of what a treasure Alejandro’s place is!

It was a really nice place the apartment is was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay definitely I will recommend if you want to visit the area you we be close by to all the good restaurants from the area the beach will just going out of the complex!

Our stay at the condo was amazing. We went to the Porto restaurant/bar across the street almost every day for drinks and/or food. The condo complex is in great condition. The pool was beautiful. Beach towels at condo are super nice quality. Ana, the housekeeper is an incredible cook and so friendly. She made us a few different plantain dishes and cooked salami. She also made potato salad that was a Domincan style and very good. She tidied up every day and she helped with our personal laundry too. Our Spanish is limited so we used Google translate app to chat. Also per Kristian's suggestion used Komida app for grocery and restaurant delivery. Very convenient - just make sure you follow directions in welcome book. The town is about 1.5 miles and you need to drive. We used a reliable taxi service Super Taxi Las Terrenas - safe, reasonable and reliable. It was really an incredible experience and all of the locals we interacted with were very friendly.

Everything was great I would recommend to my friends 100% and if I go back to the grounds it will be with them again

Maximo’s apartment at Balcones del Atlántico was stunning — modern, spotless, and felt just like home. It’s a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, with great pools and a private Jacuzzi that we loved. Maximo was professional, helpful, and very responsive. The apartment included helper and cook which made our stay even more relaxing, especially as we celebrated my dad’s birthday. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.

The place was really great and had all the listed amenities. Humberto was very responsive and helpful. Maria the housekeeper was the best and really took care of us well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Las Terrenas!

Open arrival we were totally enchanted by the beauty of the views and surroundings. The house was very clean and our beds were very comfortable too. We especially loved hanging out by the serene pool and gazebo. Lindsay gave us amazing places to see and to enjoy the natural beauty that the DR has to offer. She was very responsive to our every need. I would highly recommend coming to visit her home.

This is really a beautiful house🤩we are a family with 5 peoples from Denmark, and we travel a lot. We have been in the Dominican Republic for 17 days, and Jim’s house was really the best place we had lived in🤩you have all you need! Towels inside and to all the great pools. Everything in the kitchen. Free water to drink. Netflix. Beautiful wiew. Good gymnastics room. Sweet staff all over. And a great lady who take care of Jim’s house. We can recommend to walk on the Samana bridge, especially in the afternoon and see the sunset🤩A good restaurant was Santa Bahia kitchen. A fantastic tour with whale Samana🤩 If you have a car, don’t hesitate to book this house🤩

Absolutely magical! We stayed in the Penthouse through RedAwning on Airbnb and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The decor was stunning—thoughtfully designed, stylish, and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Close enough to the action to explore with ease, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. One of the standout moments was receiving a personal call from the owner, Odain, when we arrived. He genuinely wanted to hear our feedback and offered thoughtful, local recommendations that set the tone for a warm and personalized stay. But what truly made our experience exceptional—was Enrique, the local property manager. She is an absolute gem. Attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, Enrique went above and beyond at every turn. She helped us schedule transportation, shared the best food spots. It’s rare to feel so deeply cared for in a rental experience—she made us feel like VIPs, and also like family.
