Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

We had a wonderful vacation in Daniel's apartment! The place was exactly as described – super clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you might need. We especially liked the loving furnishings and the quiet location, perfect for switching off. Daniel was a great host: friendly, helpful and always available for questions. The check-in went smoothly and easily. We would come back anytime – thank you for the great time!

The house is very comfortable and nice. Clean and in perfect condition. Well connected by bus to the center and the beach. Parking in the area is free and with many spaces. Recommended for 2 or 3 people.

Apartment at the top very clean modern new there is nothing missing, María is a real jewel, pleasant, friendly, always responsive. The beach is 5 minutes from the apartment it is superb, there is a 10-minute walk away everything you need in small shops, restaurants etc., 15 minutes by car from Palma and 30 minutes max from the tourist area (Maspalomas, meloneras, Pasito Blanco etc.) In short, there is really nothing to say about this apartment there is simply a beautiful roof terrace with views of the phenomenal sea. The apartment is just off the beach promenade. Everything is quickly accessible on foot or by public transport. It has a lot of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed it very much.

Great apartment, just like in the pictures! Communication hassle-free, as well as flexible check-in. Underground parking included. A very safe area, the sea is within walking distance, but you can walk to the beach for a while. Overall a great apartment and a hassle-free process :)

We, a family of three, spent a wonderful week at Maria Jesus' place. I can only join the previous reviews in saying that the welcome from both Marian and the owner was exceptionally friendly, the communication very smooth and proactive from Marian's side. The place itself is nicely located overlooking the Playa del Hombre; it is a good base for discovering the whole island (especially the Northern part); the neighborhood itself is a quiet residential area. The parking space just across the street is very convenient. It's lovely to sit outside at the terrace (both the open-but-windy and the sheltered parts), and the apartment itself has everything you need for a week's stay (also when staying with a small child, e.g. travel cot). All in all highly recommended!

We spent 7 wonderful days with our family at Andy and Aga’s beautiful house in Gran Canaria. The home was spotless, well-organized, and felt like new — everything was perfectly maintained and fully equipped. The location is excellent; with a car, you can reach the beach, mountains, water park, and other attractions within 10–20 minutes. The hosts, Andy and Aga, were incredibly kind and welcoming. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation — including towels for the beach and pool. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gran Canaria!

We spent a month of our parental leave with Sara and her family, along with our 9-month old baby and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. From the very beginning, we felt incredibly welcome. Sara provided worldclass service and she was always available, quick to respond, and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was perfectly located on what we experienced as the coziest and most peaceful street in all of Las Palmas, just about a 7-minute walk from the beach. It was also close to supermarkets and bus stops, making it easy to get around both the city and the rest of the island. The accommodation had everything we could wish for – it was spacious, comfortable, and very child-friendly, which was ideal for us traveling with a baby. The large rooftop terrace became one of our favorite spots where we spent many of our days and evenings together. We highly recommend staying with Sara and her family– it wasn’t just a vacation rental, it truly felt like a home

We absolutely loved our stay at the house. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by nature, peace, and the unique charm of this hidden gem. Great experience in a dream villa! We stayed with four of us in this beautiful villa and it was in one word: fantastic. From the time we arrived, we felt welcome. We were kindly received by a gentleman who handed us the key and explained everything calmly – a nice start to our stay! The villa itself is spacious, stylishly decorated and equipped with every comfort. What made it really special was the breathtaking view. Waking up every morning with that panorama was pure enjoyment - whether we were having breakfast outside, lying in the pool or sitting under the starry sky in the evening. Everything was just perfectly arranged. Clean, well maintained, a nice atmosphere and all the amenities you could wish for. Whether you come for peace, coziness or a combination of both: this place offers it all. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to everyone. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic, stylish house which is very open air, great for the warm weather. pool was large enough for a few people to cool down. lots of areas for entertaining and lounging outside with great views of the town and sea. local cafes and restaurants all just a minute walk away. Tip. we parked outside the steps to unload bags then drove to the carpark. (3 mins walk)

Spacious, clean, comfortable, luxurious rest), surrounded by nature, quiet, breathtaking views. Kitchen well stocked. The terrace is great. 10 minutes from the beach and supermarkets. Needed car. We loved it, Tanila very kind, always pending, flexible and close. We will be back for sure.

We had a very nice stay at Cordelia's, with many hikes in the spectacular scenery of this region! Cornelia is a very gracious hostess, takes great care of her guests and is always responsive. The property is as described and has everything you can expect. The luxury of freshly picked orange and lemons is great. The crows of roosters and peacocks in the area should not make you feel disturbed. The views across the valley are beautiful! The steep access is a bit challenging for anxious drivers, but those who drive the roads in Gran Canaria must be brave anyway! Thank you for this time in your beautiful finca!

Nice practical apartment. It is the second time we rent from the same host. Nice pool area with good pool. There are always sun loungers. Our host Cristina and her assistant Yolanda were very available when we had questions. Very nice restaurant with good food and music, right next to the hotel. Close to the sea with elongated beach for swimming and walking. Great market right outside, both Wednesdays and Saturdays. The only downside is that some evenings loud music is heard from the hotel next door.

Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Everything was great! Manoj welcomed us very kindly and explained and recommended places on the island. Every morning, he has the courtesy of bringing us bread from his bakery. The apartment was very well located and equipped. We loved it!

You definitely need a car there, the restaurants, shops, and the beach is a bit far by walking, and its on a hilltop so lots of stairs there, but the view is amazing. Other than that we were pleased with everything else and we had a great time.
