The apartment is in top condition. We immediately felt at home. It is superbly equipped: washing machine, fridge and all important utensils were available. The area is great – the beach is just around the corner, and there are restaurants and bars everywhere.

Loved staying here, definitely a good decision not to stay in the middle of the town. Lovely and quiet, pretty gardens, pool etc. Walking distance to a good supermarket and restaurants The apartment was spotless, Hector couldn't have been more helpful.

I want to start with thanking María, she is a wonderful host and made sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, there were construction works going at the building which caused a lot of noise. María immediately took my concerns very seriously and offered a solution. She responded quickly to any problems or concerns I had. Here's my review about the studio: - The kitchen is very complete and perfect for cooking every day. - The internet is fast and suited for video calls. - The place itself looks even better than on the pictures, e.g. there is a desk with desk chair included, and the actual tv is better than the one pictured. The studio is clearly well maintained. - The location! You just step out the door and you're immediately on the beach. Some small negative points: - It can be very dark during most of the day because the building on the opposite side blocks the light - If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. The windows are thin and there's noise from traffic outside

Great stay at this property. We really appreciated the layout and size of the place. The 2 bedrooms were perfectly soundproofed. The very well-equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the welcome basket with the local specialties and the little attention that was given to us on Valentine's Day. During the 13 nights that lasted our stay, we benefited from 2 full cleaning. The secure parking in the basement was a plus. We appreciated the proximity to Las Canteras beach and the very large shopping center of Las Arenas We recommend 100% this place for a stay in Las Palmas.

The apartment and especially the terrace met my wishes. Especially on the terrace I could easily work or enjoy the sun. There was wifi and sun or shade of your choice. Well chosen furniture. No view and yet beautiful mountain views. Ideal for me personally.

Davide and Sabrina were great hosts and were easy to communicate with. Sabrina checked with us to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we had everything we needed and was helpful with any information we required. They were very accommodating with allowing an early checkin following our early flight time. We would happily stay here again.

We liked it very much, Zoltan was very nice as well as Maria who answered our messages very quickly. We used the pool a lot, beautiful view. We had sun all day. We highly recommend this place to families and not only :) Quiet and nice area, walk to the beach 15 min, but you can take a taxi for only 6 EUR. We will definitely come back here again! :)

We had a lovely stay at Daniel’s place. The flat is in great location, close proximity to the dunes, there are plenty of places around to eat and rent a car. The flat is very clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Loved it!

Beautiful and large clean apartment for us very sypatic and reactive staff. It was wonderful to have a breakfast in the sun in the garden. 5 minutes' walk is also a very good local restaurant. The location is good as you are on the highway in 5 minutes. You are in +/- 15 minutes in Maspalimas and in +/- 25 minutes in Las Palmas. We liked it very much and would come back any time. it is recommended to everyone.

a charming apartment facing the port of Agaete, close to restaurants and salt pans for swimming. from the top of the terrace, you can contemplate the sunsets. Silvana is a most welcoming host.

Andrea is such a great and loving person! I loved the place, the area, the privacy and I would definitely come back there.

We like the house, there Is everything you need for comfortable holiday. There is silence, you can park your car behind the house, you can swim on the beach near the house, 5minutes walking, you can eat your food in the sunny terrace. It is good starting point for the treks in mountains. Thank you that we could be there.

Fantastic house on a small street within easy walking distance both to the sandy beach and to the rocky beautiful area off the town. Very friendly hosts, always responsive. And the house itself - brand new, very comfy beds, fully equipped and very spacious, with the “inner terrace” with jacuzzi a great highlight. Definitely recommended!

This house makes any trip to the Canary Islands worth it! You couldn’t be any closer to the ocean and there are beautiful beaches on either side just a couple of minutes down the boardwalk. The house is sleek and modern. The large outdoor patio is super comfortable and fun for watching people walking along the boardwalk. The pool in the back of the house is private and kept very well and is suitable for swimming laps. There are dozens and dozens of restaurants within walking distance. We really liked the neighborhood. There were small issues at the beginning of the trip like figuring out how to use the microwave and the air conditioning, but we resolved those quickly. We would definitely return to this house again and give it our highest recommendation.

This is a great rural getaway. Great walks and cycle rides around the property as well as many good cafes and bars.

A beautiful apartment! The only issue we had was regarding the parking. We thought parking in the complex would be available, but we had to find public parking, which was a little annoying. Just keep that in mind when you book. Other than that, everything was excellent; she even has beach umbrellas.

Great location, puerto de sardina is such a beautiful area. The host was available to welcome us and was quick to reply if we had any answer. The place was clean, nice terrasse at the top. Thank you very much

Amazing stay at Phillip’s place! The highlight was definitely the incredible view from the rooftop jacuzzi – absolutely stunning. Communication with Phillip was smooth and easy. He’s very attentive and truly cares about the comfort of his guests. I’ll 100% be coming back – highly recommended!

We spent some amazing days in this home. The house was spotless, very nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to everything you need: beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and places to explore. Marisa was very kind and attentive from the first moment, always available for any questions or recommendations. We felt right at home from day one. We would definitely repeat and recommend it 100%.

Newly renovated apartment with everything you need. Bed very nice. Balcony spacious, table, chairs and benches. The sun has been on the balcony around and out of noon, which was fine for us who used our mornings on gusts. We then had the sun until she sizzled into the ocean. Wanted to get in the sun earlier, you just clicked down to the pool garden where both garden and pool were out of the way clean. A short walk to the food shops and restaurants that offered both music woof and sports broadcasts on big screens. The location is on top of the hill above the Amadoresstrōnd and it took us about 15-20 min to rōlta down to the strōnd and similar time up again. Did not bother to rōlta you just grabbed a taxi, but a taxi emergency was located right at the entrance of the house. Then it took a similar amount of time to cross over to Puerto Rico on the other side of the hill and one could choose to swing the slope or take the trōpps 709. Great place we would recommend and hopefully have to visit again.
