Dailen was an awesome host that helped accommodate my groups needs. Very appreciative for her communication and flexibility. Also a great spot to stay!

House was clean and modern with everything working well. House was well stocked with tableware, coffee pods and even welcome amenities; instructions for door locks and wifi were clear and easy, and everything just worked as it should. The host responded quickly to questions and was even able to arrange an early check-in when one of the guests' flights arrived early-- a big help since we were travelling with pets.

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! The pool was clean, the house layout was great for conversation, but also offered privacy when we wanted to rest. The house easily fits 6 if everyone is willing to double up in king sized beds (speaking of which, they were super comfortable). The street the house is located on is quiet and feels safe. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within a 15 minute drive and getting around with a rental car is super easy. Christopher was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance with the house. He was great and I would absolutely rent this house again without hesitation.

This was hands down the best and most beautiful home I have ever stayed in and I travel to Florida a lot! It was clean, the hosts literally thought of everything to make the guests feel comfortable and it was so peaceful. The hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. We loved the outdoor shower right off the main bedroom, and the entire home was so spacious! So clean! So worth the money! The hosts know what they are doing. The outdoor areas are heaven and perfectly outfitted with the most comfortable outdoor furniture! We did not want to leave! The inside was tastefully and beautifully decorated to make you never want to leave. Absolutely amazing! Please take care of the home if you’re lucky enough to stay there! We will be back next year! Lovely contemporary house with modern appliances. Very well equipped with everything you might need for a vacation weekend. The backyard is surrounded by different plants that give a great shade and privacy for the pool while making it a relaxing place. The kitchen and dining space is big enough to have a meal with friends. Overall an excellent house!

My husband and I were Celebrating our 30 th anniversary. We reserved John’s place for three days . We had a great time and it is a lovely place . It had a plenty of amenities . It has a great pool and jacuzzi . The backyard was beautiful. It was close to walking to the River walk . The water taxis are Great around there . We definitely would come back and refer people to this great home . John was very communicative and quickly responded to any questions that I had .

Zsuzsanna was a great host, always responsive and helpful. Place was great, pool is beautiful, everything was clean, and we loved the pool table and how walkable this was to the beach (I enjoy walking, but if you don’t want a 15 minute walk, the Ubers are super cheap like $10-15).

Frank and Ralph went above and beyond as hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted in person and taken on a tour, getting all the details on amenities. Their responsiveness throughout our trip was fast and efficient, and we felt comfortable and safe staying in their home. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including the kitchen and bathrooms. They even included an abundance of beach gear. We could not have been more taken care of. As for the house itself, we were in paradise. The palms fan over the backyard, providing lovely shade and paradise. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous, and the poolside chairs were great for tanning! Inside was super clean and tidy, and all of the furniture and decorations were elegant and fun. The location is amazing, minutes from everything on Wilton Drive I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house was gorgeous, and our hosts were very welcoming and enthusiastic.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay but the ladies were very kind, understanding, responsive and gracious and I hope to be able to stay sometime soon!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean and well-kept — you can tell the host really takes pride in maintaining the space. Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the kitchen, and the fresh linens and towels were a nice touch. It felt comfortable, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and peaceful place to stay.

Beautiful home and very spacious! Beautiful decor, comfortable beds and couches. Backyard is peaceful and pool was perfect! We even encountered a few friendly iguanas! Stayed here for a week for a surgical procedure 20 mins away and would definitely stay here again under different circumstances!

This was our second stay in Georgina and Duncan's lovely home and it was just as we remembered. The property is in a very quiet area and has everything you need for a perfect stay, with a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and a cosy living area. The pool area is lovely and we enjoyed cooling off and sitting out there in the evenings. Shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away, with a couple within walking distance, and the beach just under a 15 minute drive...it couldn't be in a better location. Georgina is a wonderful host, very responsive and happy to help with any queries. We especially loved the little welcome gift which was a very nice touch, thank you. We are already planning our next vacation and will definitely be returning to this wonderful relaxing Zen Bungalow !

The place was so central for all of the things we wanted to do on the trip! Definitely recommend the stay here! Rooms were spacious, very nice place and I felt comfortable.

Lovely place, lovely neighborhood for a little night stroll or daytime. Beautiful landscaping in the backyard truly a tropical oasis. Very thoughtful hosts that leave you good snacks in the times you need something most. Comfy beds and bedding.

Anna’s place was amazing. Her and her property manager were very responsive to, and helpful with any questions I had. The house is huge and gorgeous! Beds were comfy. Everything was very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Cozy and convenient stay! Entertaining and relaxing at the same time! We enjoyed our stay. Janica was always super responsive. Beds were super comfy. No complaints whatsoever. Would absolutely book again!
