Beach house holiday rentals in Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale

I recently stayed at 250 Oceanic in Fort Lauderdale with my family of five, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The house is spacious and beautifully maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need, just bring your clothes and enjoy. Our kids had an incredible time relaxing in the jacuzzi and swimming in the pool, which kept them entertained for hours. The house is very close to the beach making it easy to enjoy the sun.

This is a great Airbnb! It was very clean and well decorated. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. It’s an easy walk to the beach and they provided a cart and beach chairs and umbrella. It’s also an easy walk to Shooters, a great restaurant on the water. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything is exactly as James posting. The kiddos enjoyed the pool & the location is in a very peaceful neighborhood. This will be our go to place for our future visits. I also had the chance to meet the person who cleans his property & she was beautiful & kind. My kids gave her plenty of hugs & she made sure we didnt need anything before leaving.

This place was perfect for our group! Everything we needed was easily in walking distance including several delicious restaurants and beach access. The wagons, beach chairs, and umbrellas were a nice touch. The place was clean and very spacious. The host was extremely accommodating and answered all our questions in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend staying here!

we really enjoyed our stay here. it's about 3 to 5 min walk to the beach. about a mile or so to olas Blvrd which has lots of restaurants to choose from. we loved the pool and sitting on the canal watching all the yachts go by! so beautiful! we would definitely stay again!

The overall experience was great and would stay there again. The house is in a great location. It was updated, clean and had the amenities we were looking for in regards to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and backyard. LOVED the backyard! Pool worked great and the host was accommodating when we wanted to turn the hot tub on. The AC worked great and kept the house cool during the hot summer days. All appliances worked with no issues. We did have a small issue with the fans and lights in the rooms. All the remotes were missing. We ended up finding the one for the living and dining room but never found the ones for the bedrooms. They were set to low and could not adjust them. I let the host know and they ordered new ones right away but did not make it in time for our stay.

Laura’s home is fabulous. The design of the house has many extras built in. Large kitchen and laundry room with top of the line appliances. The living area is comfortable and the large tv is amazing. The outdoor backyard offers a beautiful pool and lounging area. Complete with a very nice grill for cook outs. Laura’s communication is excellent. She is kind and helpful and has a quick response time. We would definitely return for a stay at Laura’s home.

There's really nothing else to say then it's perfect. Will be coming back.

I have stayed in several airbnb but this one takes the cake. With the relaxation and amenities on the property, from the pool to the canal with coconut shot boats, to people watching on the canal. The beach accessories; beach chairs and umbrella allowed more beach time daily. The kitchen is fully stocked. The marshall retro speaker is such a nice touch for pool fun. I will stay here over and over! Daimian is an amazing host! Stay here you won’t be disappointed. Super host status!!

The home was exactly what we expected and more! It was beautiful inside and out! It’s a perfect location and so easy to get to Las Olas. We had 2 minor issues which were taken care of promptly. Jordan is a great host, she is responsive and considerate. I highly recommend staying here!

Ronny’s place was amazing for our family vacation! Very peaceful home and backyard had lots of amenities. The beds were comfortable, home was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need for a beach vacation! Bonus game room was a great perk! Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home, serene location. My family and I felt right at home. We loved how close the home is to many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Very convenient for a large group. We enjoyed every moment! You will also enjoy that it is only a few minutes away from Lauderdale by the Sea beach. We will be back for sure!

The best Airbnb ever! Perfect place to stay with family and have a peaceful time. This is house is just stunning and modern, huge kitchen, amazing swimming pool! I didn’t want to leave this place, first time in my life I feel so comfortable in an Airbnb. I highly recommend this place. Mike was an amazing and responsive host! I would like to stay at this place again!

David’s home was a great fit for my family of 5. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Lots of restaurants nearby but be sure to go try out Croissan Time it’s literally right down the road you can walk to it.

Absolutely Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! We had such a wonderful time at this property! The home was not only beautiful and spacious, but also incredibly accommodating. It had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. The open-concept layout and the stunning kitchen made the interior feel both elegant and inviting. However, the true highlight was the backyard. From the well-designed patio area to the refreshing pool, every detail was perfect for relaxation and fun. We especially enjoyed grilling outside and taking a peaceful night swim. The entire space was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Such a great house! Wonderful pool and backyard. There were 5 Of us and plenty of room! Fully stocked kitchen and awesome refrigerator/freezer space. There were a few MINOR glitches and their response time was superb in addressing them. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend! The ONLY thing I would say about the listing is that the walk to the beach and restaurants was a bit longer than I had envisioned. In the winter months the walk would have been lovely. But in the summer heat, if you’re not used to Florida summer heat (our midwestern blood isn’t!) definitely consider getting a car. We got one last minute once we felt how hot it was outside and knew we would want to be out and about a lot. Bikes would be a PERFECT addition to this property. We looked into the bike share program in LBS, but only one charging station in the area so it wouldn’t have been a fit for our needs.

Amazing stay once again! This was my second time staying at this house, and I loved it all over again. Everything was super easy to find, clean, and well-organized—I felt right at home. The house is very spacious and in a great spot, which made the whole experience even better. If I ever need a place again, I would definitely book this house without hesitation. It was absolutely perfect!
