Most outstanding was communication with Larry and quick response. If you need something, ask him. Very nice person to deal with. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Immaculately clean, bright with big windows and sliding doors. The place is less than a block from the beach. Two beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels available. There’s Hugh Birch SP, about 5 mins walk. Great restaurants steps from the Airbnb and many along the A1A. Publix shopping and mall are a 15 minute walk. A pretty River Walk is 15 min uber ride or take a $2/pps electric circuit ride. We had a wonderful 3 weeks there.

Was the best of both worlds you get a premium room and still get access to the resort and additionally your own more private pool

Wonderful location, spent the day by the water and was able to also walk to the beach and get food with ease. The space was also very comfortable with great lighting. Plus free parking! Can’t be beat. I would stay again

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

Another great stay at my favorite hotel in Fort Lauderdale. This rental is on the sixth floor of the Conrad and has direct access to the pool and bar from the room.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable and spacious house. Very enjoyable walk to the beach access and nearby Pier 6 was great to walk on and then enjoy the live band entertainment and have drinks and/or something to eat after enjoying time at the beach. Lots of good shopping nearby as well.

This place is fantastic. The inside was very spacious and clean. Was so nice to have beach chairs and towels provided during our stay. The pool area was also great, but the one con was that the area is dictated by what the other guests are like. We stayed there while a few other families were there and they took over the pool area and were slobs. Leaving clothes, cans, pool toys, cigarette packs around the pool. We just decided to head to the beach till later in the day when they would leave the pool area.

The apartment was as described, beautiful, clean, and well equipped. We all appreciate the responsiveness of the staff, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. Thank you for an easy work visit.

I had a quick question about the parking, and Gaby responded right away. The space is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The pool area is perfect for a quiet afternoon away from everything. The surroundings in Victoria Park are also beautiful.

The team at Luxury Vacation Stays were amazing. My unit at the W was spotless and had such thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. The location, pool and beach attendants were so friendly in a good way versus places where it can feel plastic. LVS communicated easily via text and took care of all the details. Great value for the money!

We had an excellent spring break at Carrie’s PH. The space was wonderful. Everything needed was provided, and her description was spot on. The W hotel was also very accommodating. We were on the residence side, but had access to the hotel side too. Private house feel with the comforts of a hotel. The location was perfect. Steps from the beach, a block to dining and entertainment, and 2 miles from E. Las Olas for amazing dining & shopping. The host is the best ever. She really is fantastic. Amazing trip!

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

Our stay at Jesica and Eric's Airbnb was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how pristine everything was. It was clear that Jesica and Eric take great pride in their property. They were also incredibly kind and responsive, answering any questions we had almost immediately. The Airbnb was equipped with everything we needed and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful area to explore and an even better beach just a short walk away. And let's not forget the pool – definitely a highlight! Everything about our stay was stunning, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Our host was sensational, very responsive. The condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described great ocean view. We’re coming back for Thanksgiving. That’s how much we loved it. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host five stars.

We loved our stay here. Everything is so close and convenient; we didn't need a vehicle at all. We spent our days going between the beach and the pool. The Airbnb was comfortable and clean.

what a great stay here! Def recommend this place. lots of places to hang wet items (if you visit the beach you know this is a necessity). balcony has the cute neon backdrop and a trunk with beach items for use. well stocked kitchen, spacious rooms, felt right at home! the sheets were so comfy I'm trying to get some for my house. easy to message the host and they were super responsive and ready to help with any issues. the beach is clean and was not crowded during our stay (June 2025). the bar and pool are inviting and the view from the room is so pretty at night! would stay here again 💯
