Hotel holiday rentals in Las Marías, Santurce

I wishes the swimming pool was actually a pool and also not located in a different building I think not all the photos are from here and possibly a bit misleading

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

Booked this last minute in order to extend my stay in San Juan and it was a bit pricey for the space you’re getting; but it’s perfect in every other way as far as location and accessibility. Everything is totally walkable and you can even leave your key with the front desk before you leave out so you don’t have to worry about losing it! Thanks for the stay

This was a cute place in the middle of old San Juan. no surprises, very well laid out. Definitely recomend the food at the terrace café. Will come back Definitely.

The place was great! Clean and tidy there’s plenty close locations for eateries, the beach was 3 min walk. Overall this place was very safe and private. Great location if staying local in San Juan.

Airbnb/hotel very nice and close to the beach and the airport. There are places to eat within walking distance and everything is close by on Uber.

This place far exceeded our expectations for our trip. This is my first time doing an air bnb and we didn’t know what to expect. From the minute we book Isabel was responsive and helpful. She gave us plenty of advice on how to explore the island. Ana, was so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The home itself was close to the beach, which was quiet and beautiful. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. The two apartments were perfect for our families, allowing our children to go back and forth from one to the other safely. The pool was beautiful with a great view of the ocean.

Had a great time at Hotel Rumbao. It was super clean and cute. Location was perfect and walkable. Best location - it was on the East edge of OSJ - ubers are cheaper and the ferry is a 1 minute walk away. We also rented a car from the hotel and it was a great price and much more convenient than the airport. Nothing was more than a 15 minute walk. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and friendly. The hotel also gave us 35$ vouchers for each day to spend on snacks and food at the hotel. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was incredible. I would gladly come back!

angel was so sweet . he gave coconuts from the tree , he showed around my aunt and cousin ! he gabe recommwnded food places . was so sweet to us and help with any and everything cant thank him enough. there are planes and chickens but we didnt mind . it didnt stop how beautiful the house is and was perfect spot, excellent host i would come again and again .

Martin is very helpful, thank you for the very useful small wifi box. Good location to visit Old San Juan via the Cantano ferry. Consider noted the wifi code before arriving if like us you don't have a phone.

The unit was just as described and had all of the listed amenities. Felt like a nice grandparents home with a crib even included, which we did not need. The only down side of this listing was that the WiFi would constantly go and we would need to reset it, the tv couldn’t not connect to the WiFi, and to get to the location could be difficult if driving at night. Other than that the hosts communicate quickly and the unit is nice for the price.

This is my second stay here. Location is perfect. A peaceful area ,sits literally between two restaurants walking distance to grocery and other nearby restaurants ,bars and entertainment . Buses do run in the area for those interested and Uber service to and from the hotel is readily available and affordable . Awesome staff, very responsive, accommodating and back up generator is available . You can't go wrong booking here.

We had a last minute stay and need a place close to Hyatt. I will say it was a good value for the money, had to sleep on sofa bed which was relatively comfortable. It’s a good space for the money, bathroom is good and so is living area with appliances. The host was nice enough to offer us coffee. Bring toiletries, other than hand soap nothing else provided. Enjoy. Make sure to get out to Luquillo beach area for a great strip with lots of restaurants and Don Pepe is worth a visit.

Wonderful stay! The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Tapia Haus!! It is walkable to restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to Ocean Park Beach. I definitely recommend this place. As two female travelers the airbnb itself felt very secure and safe. Great location and awesome hosts.
