Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Marías, Santurce

Although I only stay to sleep it seemed very central,nice ,clean and comfortable and without hesitation I would stay again and for a longer stay and the host is very nice and attentive one 💯 of💯,thank you Ileana and Ivelisse

I had a great time at this place. It was the perfect spot to stay for a few days and it was not far from other attractions. It was a safe neighborhood and we enjoyed the breakfast spot that is right beneath the apartment. I definitely would come back!!

This place was wonderful. It was right outside the city. Peaceful and quite. We had a great time and will always recommend to the rest of family and friends.

The apartment was totally comfortable, there were 4 of us and we felt comfortable. It met our expectations upon arrival. We are definitely considering coming back.

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Ruben’s place was amazing! The place was very nice and clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was the balcony-it had a beautiful view that made mornings and evenings extra relaxing. The location was also super convenient, close to everything I wanted to see and do. I'd definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

Place was amazing and in an ideal spot. Super close to the beach and nice brunch spots. The inside decor was lovely, clean, and just like the photos. This place matched the vibe of the girls trip. We loved staying here!

The house was an amazing experience and they had a pool and beach near by. The are was really nice alot of places to eat and enjoy. The host was amazing at communicating and gave me detailed instructions of anything I asked for. Completely satisfied Thank you so much.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. Airbnb at a very prime spot. Very close to the beach, it is walkable. Kat gave us super recommendations for local beaches and cafes. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great host, the Airbnb was small but nice for a weekend.

Dishmey’s airbnb was exactly what my boyfriend and i were looking for! We stayed for two nights and it was PERFECT for us. Private gated with community and private entry to the airbnb as well. We felt very safe! Dishmey was very helpful with anything we needed. She gave us recommendations on many things and we loved all of them! We were able to check in a little bit early and we were so thankful! She is very accomodating! We loved this airbnb !

We always enjoy staying at Ocean Park when we visit, and this home among the top favorites going forward.

This condo was a delight! It was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The location was absolutely fantastic, offering easy access to everything we wanted to do. The highlight, though, was definitely the beautiful pool and the direct beach access right through the pool area. It made going for a swim in either the pool or the ocean incredibly convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

I stayed there from Monday-Thursday. My stay was amazing and safe! It was super clean and very well designed and decorated (Leon's wife has a great eye/touch) It was so close to the beach, pool, basketball court. The Gym was a big plus as well. Leon the host, was attentive, professional and responsive even before my arrival via the Airbnb App. I highly recommend this comfortable, warm place!!! Thank you Leon & wife. m.s.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

The host was friendly and responsive. The place was nice with a little balcony. Restaurants and stores were all walking distance. The pool was a plus, there were tables and seatings available to hang out at. I love the fact that she provided two beach towels, two beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach bag for you to use. There’s a beach a few blocks down, less than ten minute walk. There was also sunblock and aloe vera in the drawers which is great, especially with the hot weather. Piñones was less than 10 minutes to get to if you wanna get a quick bite or sit down and eat.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!
