The coziest summerhouse a few meters from the sea

Holiday home for rent We have decided to rent out our lovely summerhouse located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a fixed connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the summerhouse is the tourist ferry Helge to, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom, hallway, bedroom, children's room and repository with sofa bed. Large south-facing wooden deck with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. In fact, it is only 10 meters down to its own beach and its own bathing jetty, from where you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect rocks and hit, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, a shower can be enjoyed under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view to Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). At the sea there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right by the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, guinea pigs and seals are seen. Everywhere there is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only bird whistle to break the silence. There are large woods a walk away. If you are fishing interested, flatfish, trout, etc. can be caught from the bathing jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that are welcome to borrow. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a lovely wooden Finnish sauna, built from real fins there ourselves train wood and oven from Finland. Enjoy a deep in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family a max 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dish cloths, dishcloths, etc. We have no TV but lots of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heating, in addition to a wood pellet stove. Price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked upon arrival and departure and is paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or put in cash. Cleaning up/everything needs to be emptied and then a cleaning company will be cleaned.

Cozy cottage close to Fåborg Fantastic views. The house is not so big, but has a bright and open kitchen. Attached annex with 4 beds. Large garden with many possibilities and several terraces. There is a few minutes walk to the water with a swimming bridge (not in the winter period). Fine beaches in the area, good shopping, and eateries in Fåborg. Approximately 30 to Svendborg. Area with peace and quiet. Cleaning can be purchased. Electricity and water are settled with the landlord before departure. Infrared sauna for extra wellness

The house is 110 sqm, on a 1700 sqm secluded plot. Large terrace with sun and shelter all day. Can be used all year, as the house has a heat pump that can be supplemented with the wood-burning stove. Rich opportunities for hiking and biking, as well as various water sports and fishing opportunities. You may bring your dog when it is clean and stopped biting in the chair legs. Our summerhouse has, many board games, books, 2x paddle table, 3 x two-person kayak, and you will be able to take a nice cold bath and a trip in the sauna.

Small cozy apartment in Lohals. If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views of the water, 150 m to the nearest swimming area and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful gem is a good choice. There are restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. In the summer months, there is music at the harbor every weekend + flea market every Tuesday. Incl. towels and bed linen

One of the double beds can be separated into two. This flat is therefore mostly perfect for a couple, or a family.
