Super nice cottage in the 1st row with panoramic views of the Langeland Belt, where cruise ships, the world's largest container ships or small sailboats sail by. There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

It is furnished with selected retro furniture, etc. So take good care of the house and the dwelling. 300 meters to the beach with a jetty and playground. Two terraces in a lovely garden. 'Hyggelig' holiday accommodation totally renovated in 2015 with floor-heated tiled floors. This is a fully self contained guest apartment occupying one of four 'chains' of the old farm. The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.

Bindingsværkshus i lille Lejbølle by. Kom tilbage i tiden med masser af patina, gamle møbler, lavt til loftet. 3 brændeovne for hyggens skyld det er ikke varmekilder. Bag haven er lukket,grill, bålplads og gammelt smedie jerns komfur til pynt. Der er spil og musik anlæg (AUX stik Iphone er der). Huset har 55” fladskærm og wi-fi alle senge er Hæstens senge, minimum Superior. Jeg har flere huse på Langeland men det her er ubetinget det hyggeligste med en fornemmelse af “gamle dage”.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of our charming farmhouse from 1857. The house is peacefully located next to a small lake and in rural surroundings. It is centrally located on Langeland with lovely beaches just a short drive away. It is not possible to use public transport to the address.
