The house has 8 bedrooms with a total of 16 beds, extra children's room with additional 3 beds. 3 fully tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet, large dining room with room for 20 people, fully equipped kitchen, 2 dishwashers, 2 living rooms both with TV, 2 terraces and a large balcony, 2 fireplaces. Welcome to Älmesås! You will stay in your own little house on our farm. Within ten swedish miles you will reach Astrid Lindgrens Värld, Kosta Boda, High Chaparall among other nice places. You will stay in a very calm and quiet environment. If you take a walk, perhaps you will meet our nice Highland Cattles. You also can spend some time together with our bunny , four cats and the goats Iris, Diesel and texas. Perhaps you can get eggs from the chickens. The rooster Charlie says "Good morning"!

Tranquil, renovated cottage in Småland

If you’re looking for peace and quiet and disconnecting for a while, our little cottage is the place to be. Our little oasis is located in the middle of the forest, at the end of the road – here nobody will disturb you. The house itself originates back to the 17th century, had a major renovation in the 70’s, and recently had a total makeover of the upper floor. I’m the fourth generation that recently took over and use it as a summer house, and from 2024 on renting it out when we’re not here.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Here you live peacefully in the heart of Småland with a magnificent view on Lake Tjurken. In the annex there are 2 bedrooms. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and in the second bedroom there is a bunk bed. Crib available. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge as well as 2 hot plates as well as an oven. There is access to its own jetty on the plot. Boat with motor and also 2 canoes are available for rent, including life vests.

The apartment is above our garage and it is also possible to park right next to the apartment. If you come with kids, feel free to jump in the trampoline or play in the playhouse.
