Modern apartment in a quiet, very central location in Landsberg am Lech. Within about 3 minutes, you can walk to the city center, the train station, shopping in the supermarket or taking a walk along the Lech. Approximately 70 m² floor space divided into a living-dining area with an open kitchen and a spacious bedroom. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the comfort. The apartment is very bright due to large windows to the south and on the balcony to the west you can enjoy the sunset.

The completely newly furnished property is located in the currently emerging district "Am Papierbach" central location of Landsberg, directly on the Lech with its parks. (am Papierbach-landsberg.de) The old town of Landsberg can be reached in just a few minutes via the Lady-Herkomer-Steg . Also directly is the island bathroom and various train and bus connections are in walking distance. From Landsberg you can quickly reach Munich, Augsburg and Lake Ammersee.

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Despite its compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area, which allows for a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the spacious window areas.

Stylish small apartment in a quiet location, with terrace and small garden close to nature near Lech. You are a five-minute walk from the reservoir, where you can also swim and boat in the summer.
