Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Landrum

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Fluor Field. Matthew's place was an easy walk to/from the field. It is a cute, vintage apartment and Matthew's description is very accurate. We used the noise machine and didn't have any issue sleeping. We had everything we needed for our stay.

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. It is perfect location for riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail and was very close to Furman University where we had a few events. Look forward to returning next year!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. really nice people. They live right next door.. they have a couple of apartments here on their property. They actually were life saver for me. I left my laptop power cord at home and they had one for me to use. ... Very nice and accommodating folks.

Best stay ever! Lin and Russell were so kind and friendly. She gave us a tour of the apartment before hand. The apartment was stocked with everything you need and more. Dog friendly with a nice backyard for our dogs to use. You really felt like you were home.

Rita met us at the property and showed us the house, gave us the keys and provided helpful written notes. She stayed in communication with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Great property and great host.

Spent a week for work. Close to downtown and easy access to everywhere you need to travel. Great walking/running trail just down the road. Will stay again when back in Greenville.

Very nice, large & clean remodeled basement. Comfortable bed, large special bathroom, very nice kitchen & dining room , plus a living room & a laundry. We’ve stayed here before & will stay there again. The little extras make it all worth while. Very good & delicious snacks & chocolates, plus coffee pods & cold drinks in the refrigerator. We have nothing but good things to say about Muffi and Tim’s wonderful studio! The space was immaculately clean and very cozy. Muffi communicated often and made sure we felt comfortable reaching out with any questions we may have had. We also arrived after dark, and still had a very smooth arrival and it was very easy to locate the Studio due to Muffi’s instructions. We could not recommend this space enough, especially if you are hoping to visit downtown Asheville or the Biltmore Estate!

Perfect! Simply all you need. Clean, well designed, beautiful surroundings, communicative, and worth every penny. If you are hesitant to book, then stop wasting time. Wish I could give ten stars instead of five. Already planning my next trip.

We had a great stay in Tryon near our dear friends. Walkable to their house and the lovely downtown!

John is an outstanding host! He is very informative and responsive. The home is also just as described! It was perfect for us. Very welcoming and cozy. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are visiting. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

This place was an absolute gem. It was really, REALLY clean. I think the hosts emphasize how much they clean, and it really shows. It was conveniently located to Asheville. Definitely recommend staying here!!!

We were headed to a wedding and stayed at Milas place. When we walked in we were blown away by how beautiful it was…just like the pictures. There is not one thing I could find to complain about. The downtown of Landrum is so cute. We didn’t take advantage of the city at all because we were too busy but would definitely go back and stay at Milas and check out what Landrum and surrounding area was like. Mila was very responsive with whatever I had to ask. She even saw the ac may not be working (it was) and immediately messaged me to make sure we were fine. The master bed was very comfy. If you’re ever near Landrum please check this place out. Thank you Mila for a relaxing retreat for the weekend.

Great spot and a short drive from downtown Brevard . Peaceful , serene , and inviting property ! We will be back !

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of spots to sit, relax and look at the view. Especially loved the screened in porch. Food delivery can be tricky for drivers to find, be clear with instructions for them. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay the host was very welcoming and accommodating 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and I would definitely stay here again and definitely love seeing the cows in the morning amazing view and nice wrap around deck to sit and enjoy a nice warm day

Cindy's condo is adorable, clean, and well stocked. It's in a great area of Greenville, and is very walkable to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Cindy was very responsive, and gave great directions and recommendations. Would love to rent again!

This was a comfortable and quaint place right in the heart of Greenville. We could walk to the farmer's market, shops and various restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Greenville. Renee is an awesome hostess!

This is a great place! Very clean and a lot of extra amenities that the host provides. It is located in a great area. Dustin was very detailed with instructions which made check in very easy.

Perfect location if you like staying in a walkable distance to everything. Host was great at communicating and the place had everything you need. Also and most important it was very clean and smelled freshly cleaned from the first step in the condo. We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.
