Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lanchester

Really great home for our family- we had a fantastic time! So much space, lovely toys and kids amenities for my 20 month nephew and the hot tub was a great bonus! Highly recommend Rita’s place!

We needed a nice peaceful relaxing few days away and that’s exactly what we got. Emily and Alun gave great recommendations for local walks, pubs and restaurants. The accommodation was spotless, well stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

The house has the wow factor. Clean, tidy and you have the use of a hot tub or an amazing bath after a long walk. I would recommend taking a bath robe and flip flops for the spa/hot tub area. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The fireplace is stocked up with wood and heats the whole house and it feels so cosy. The homemade lemon drizzle cake was a treat to take with us on our walks. Dog friendly and a basket of treats for our pup and considering it’s dog friendly the house is kept immaculate. The area is perfect for those that enjoy peace and nature and amazing views. So many walks straight from your doorstep. There is a small post office in the village and Alston town not far away for bigger shops and fuel station. Lovely neighbours with a wealth of knowledge of the area. My husband and I along with our dog had an amazing stay and would definitely go back.

Had an amazing night at Humshaugh. Tom was so lovely and couldn’t have been any more helpful. We were allowed to leave the car on the drive before check in so we could go for a walk. He suggested places to go and even asked if we wanted anything putting in the fridge before we went for the walk. Check-in was so easy and Tom send brilliant instructions on how to find his home. Will definitely be staying here again. It was so peaceful and relaxing. X

Great location and barn. Perfect for a multi generational family get together (including a dog). The barn was exactly as described and well kitted out. The outside space is private and safe - the barbecue and hot tub are of a great standard. Excellent food at the Rose and Crown (but you must book). Plenty of places too visit....we had a great walk with two young children round High Force. Sarah is responsive and not "in your face". As good an Airbnb as we have been to for our annual clan gathering.

This house is absolutely insane. The photos do not do it justice, it’s stunning. We came for a hen weekend. we were not there to party, we wanted a chilled weekend and that is what we got. All the rooms are absolutely stunning. We were overwhelmed how nice the house was. The gym, hot tub and sauna just adds to how great the house is. I can’t forget the games room upstairs, that was an added bonus too and was just amazing. I would 100% recommend this house for any families or friends wanting a nice chilled weekend. Mark and Sarah are always there either by email or phone and are quick to sort out any issues. Each room is clean and stunning ready for you arriving. What an amazing house. We were all gutted to leave as it was so lovely. Will definitely be going back.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Falstone for my husband’s 50th birthday. The house suited our family dynamics perfectly. It was lovely to sit down together at the huge table and share a meal together. The hot tub was a real treat and the extra space that included a ping pong table and cinema room was fantastic. A great 3 nights away in a beautiful location. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Debi and Stuart’s accommodation was stunning with beautiful views to match. We felt so at home and everything was in walking distance. We were so lucky to have beautiful weather so we loved being outside in the spacious garden and enjoying the hot tub. Also special touches were made in the lodge as it was my step Dads birthday which I was truly grateful for. We will most definitely be coming back. Thanks again.

Had a lovely stay at the glamping pod hosted by Jane. She was lovely and came to greet us to make sure we were happy with everything. Jane had thought of everything needed to have a comfortable stay and the surroundings was beautiful. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay here, sad to be going home but would definitely make a return! Our dog willow especially enjoyed being able to roam around in nature! Massive thank you to Sarah for providing an excellent experience ☺️

Lovely little wigwam to stay in. Very peaceful and has all of the necessities that are needed. The hot tub was nice and very needed for our night away. I have no bad things to say about it.

an absolute lovely stay for me and my partner, hot tub was extremely hot so had to let it cool down a lot, place was clean neat and tidy, julia was an absolute star and was so lovely and gave a proper run down on the hot tub etc, bed was so comfortable and clean, such a cute private area for a little getaway will definitely return for more nights !! thank you so much for our night was extremely special xx

Angus & Leigh are delightful, such a lovely warm welcome, so very kind and helpful. The cabin is beautiful, immaculately clean, the special touches, cleverly designed, the hot tub and everything you need. A peaceful, calming location, the pond, geese, ducks, the donkeys and horse, it’s charming. A generous gesture of a bottle of chilled Prosecco was most thoughtful. We had a wonderful dinner at the local Italian restaurant, within walking distance. Also the local farm shop is excellent. A restful two night stay, just perfect. Thank you both.

We stayed here for 2 nights after our mini wedding. The location was perfect and the layout of the cabins meant you had privacy all around you. The cabin was very modern and immaculate and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook while we were there and the whole experience was just lovely. Hosts were excellent and very responsive to any questions we had. We were sad to leave, we definitely recommend and hopefully get back some time.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful lodge. The view from the living room was absolutely stunning, we couldn’t get enough of it. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. It felt peaceful and private, just what we needed. Thank you for such a relaxing break. We’ll definitely be coming back!
