Friendly studio and close to everything

studio qui comporte un côté lit en hauteur. Il est situé plein sud avec un grand balcon et surtout à 1,5 km des gares .. 5 Minutes à pied du tram ( 3 arrêts des gares ) ainsi que des petits commerces 2 00 m. Je précise que mon appartement est fumeur et j’habite dans cet appartement donc il y a toutes mes affaires qui y sont . je laisse bien évidemment de la place dans le frigo. l’appartement a bien vécu mais il est très chaleureux avec l’avantage d’être dans une résidence calme . Au plaisir 😊

Beautiful decoration located on the 5th floor floor with quiet bedroom courtyard side bedroom. Charm, luxury and calm. The Opera House, Grand Place and Vieux-Lille are within a five-minute walk. The two stations are very close such as the metro or the tram. Close to supermarkets Zen, serene and spacious apartment with great refinement.

The bathroom is nice and functional.
