We enjoyed our stay at Segolene's place very much. It was comfortable and the surroundings -- estate, pool, gym, sauna -- were very peaceful. The town surrounding the estate, as others have mentioned, does not have much going on. We went out to Arras (about 30 min. drive) to go out to eat one day. We enjoyed both the pool and sauna during our stay. Segolene's communication was great at check-in and during our stay. We had one mishap before we arrived where our booking was accidentally cancelled, apparently by Airbnb, and the communication there between Segolene's cohost and Airbnb Support was very unclear and confusing to us. But, all was solved as we were able to rebook on the phone with Airbnb. One other thing that did not work so well for us was the internet in the apartment - we needed to use our hotspot to stream movies and it would not be suitable for working if you needed to do so. But we had basic service otherwise.

Thank you Lucie for a very good stay. The accommodation is well equipped, modern and very clean. In addition, it is in the countryside at the Porte de Lille. The indoor pool was particularly appreciated by my family. I would recommend this place that allowed us to have a great weekend with the family.

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! It is a super nice place with a large swimming pool. In addition, there was a separate room with a pool table, darts and a bar, ideal for those who wanted to have a chat in the evening or listen to some music. A big plus was that this space was a little further away from the cottages. This way, those who wanted to go to sleep earlier could enjoy themselves quietly, without being bothered by the noise. Furthermore, it was also very nice that ponies and horses bordered the house. It immediately gave a cozy, rural atmosphere and the children loved to see the animals. All in all had a top vacation!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a relaxing time in peace. The host is always available and will do their best to make your stay go smoothly. The 5 stars are well deserved for our stay.

Even though we didn't enjoy the house much (Bruce Springsteen concert), the equipment (not used outside of the showers) and the bedding were impeccable. Very quiet with a garden certainly nice when it doesn't rain, but Meg had nothing to do with it!

Frank was a super host nothing was to much trouble. Responded immediately to any questions. Extremely helpful and well deserved title of super host. House was lovely swimming pool superb well maintained at all times. Very peaceful. Lovely touches like baby bath potty travel cot. The property was large and spacious we were a group of 6 adults 2 small children and plenty big enough for us. Lovely out side furniture. Utility room was a real bonus. Lovey blinds on windows which kept the sun out during the day. Good parking we had 3 cars and fitted perfect. Not to far from supermarkets. We took our Labrador’s and they loved it. There a lovely big willow tree in the garden which became there favourite place in the sun. We would definitely return

It is a beautiful house, everything is perfect and works perfectly. We have enjoyed our few days in this paradise.

We had a very nice stay at Isabelle's house. The contact with co-host Rolande went well. Sometimes it was a bit difficult, because we don't speak a common language. Beautiful house with four bedrooms and bathrooms, of which 3 bathrooms are ensuite. Nice swimming pool in a large garden that could be used for a fee. Flexible and thoughtful hosts, very nice! The only thing to take into account (especially with children) are the many nettles in the grass. Recommended!

Our stay at Lauranne and Baptiste's went very well. The house is charming, well-decorated and furnished. It's quite what we were looking for, with good " amenities" (kitchen as children's games)... Everything to please!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hélène & Harry’s place! The house was very cosy, and had everything tou need and want. A nice fireplace, and a beamer to watch movies on! Close to the tram and you are in lille center very quickly. Hélène & Harry were great hosts. Would recommend!

Very nice, beautiful living space. Plenty of space and light. Number of seats in the sitting area/living room is a bit limited, three or four adults can sit comfortably. Easy to reach the center of Lille by bus or on foot along the water. Perfect for a weekend in Lille with family or friends.

Very clean accommodation. Pleasant with a nice little garden. It feels like home. Very easy to access and a car parking space at the foot of the house. The metro is 4 minutes' walk, convenience store, bakery also nearby. Christophe's welcome is warm, with small touches. He is responsive if needed. In short, we recommend this place!

We had a very pleasant stay at François and Lara's. The accommodation is very nice and clean, all the amenities described are present and the small touches such as coffee, jams for breakfast, etc. are a real plus. Thank you again for this very good time!

We had a great family stay in this house! Everything was perfectly suitable for coming with a baby: there was a baby bed on site, which is really convenient. The living room is very large and really nice, you feel good there right away. Everything is new and of very good quality. The house is quiet, with a beautiful park right next door for walks, and the subway just a 10-minute walk away. The city center of Wasquehal is charming, with plenty of nice little places. And the bed was really comfortable, we slept very well!

We had a great time at Marie's house. The accommodation is great, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and its location is perfect. Very quiet secure residence. We recommend it!!

We found Hilde’s beautiful home on a last minute trip away for Easter. We were so impressed with the home, it was much much bigger than we expected!! Hilde was so friendly and lovely when we met to gain access. Although she said her English wasn’t the greatest, she made sure we understood how to work everything in her beautiful home. She also printed out suggests in English of family things to do as we had our 15 month old son. She even went above and beyond to bring over some age appropriate toys for our son from her own house! The whole house was very well equipment and by far the best air b&b I have ever stayed in! The cleanliness was immaculate! Overall…I hope to stay again soon. The only one downfall that we noticed was that the family bathroom did have a sewage smell but that did not effect our stay at all as Hilde has air diffusers and air freshers so we just gave a spray every now and again. If you are looking for a perfect host, perfect countryside then book here!!
