An apartment located very close to a beautiful beach, which is the biggest advantage of this place! The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 5. In addition, something that surprised us, was prepared beach towels for every guest, which made it very easy for us to sunbathe. We recommend this place!

The apartment is a real tip It has a lot of light from east and west, so it's always bright, but not hot at noon. If necessary, good air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms (2 single and one can be separated from the living room by a sliding door. There are many towels, crockery and kitchen utensils. From the balcony you can see the beach and to Valencia (18 km). The 4 km to Perelló we often went to the beach. (Tip: The shops were open there on Sunday mornings.) To the bus stop 2 min, bus goes to Valencia and Perelló. Parking in the yard in the shade. Elena and her husband were waiting for us in the apartment, the communication was always nice and very good. I'm sure we'll be back.

Antonio's apartment is great for a stay in Valencia. Antonio was very nice and welcoming, and the apartment is right in front of the beach.

4 of us plus a 6 month old stayed here. Great location & stylish space. Francisco was friendly, attentive and very helpful. I highly recommend a stay here!

The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos. It has a huge corridor. We were very comfortable and it is a step away from the beach. You have two stores on each side of the entrance, a food store and a bazaar. Will and Olga are super attentive, a great stay 😊

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is located in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace especially invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private swimming pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

I lived in this loft apartment for a month and would happily go back. It is located in a Spanish neighbourhood which was important to me. It is about a mile from the beach and a mile from the top of the Gardens de Turia. Easy walks as there are no hills in Valencia! Even a walk to the city centre only takes about an hour and is well worth it. Alternatively hire a bike (the city is very cyclist friendly) or use the cheap buses or Metro. David and Iris were perfect hosts. They were in contact before the trip, shared loads of information about the apartment and the city, and were very quick to respond if I had any problems or needed some guidance. The accommodation is pretty much as described but it is worth noting there isn't any real natural light in the accommodation. And if you are sharing with friends its worth noting that bathrooms are not ensuite. They are off the main living area. None of this takes away from the fact that the accommodation was fabulous.

The stay is even better than what you see in the photos. Incredible views and amenities at our fingertips. In addition, María José is an excellent host. She informed us everything in detail and was ready for anything that came up with us.

Beautiful, sweet, cozy and clean apartment with sea view on the beach of Patacona with various restaurants. The apartment was warmly decorated and equipped with everything you need. This is the best place to stay First of all, safety is very guaranteed. Only people with keys can enter the apartment complex, and the same goes for the parking lot. We didn't worry about safety while staying at this accommodation. Three people stayed, but it was so spacious and nice. The facilities are also very well equipped, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea, and there are many restaurants. The host was also very kind and explained the surrounding elements well. We were so satisfied with this accommodation and recommend it 100% with 5 stars to everyone!
