Holiday rentals with beach access in L'Albufera

l'appartamento è davvero incredibile, molto bello e spazioso. è situato a pochi minuti dal mare o dalle fermate di bus/metro. lo consiglio vivamente

Die Wohnung ist ein wirklicher Tipp. Sie hat viel Licht von Osten und Westen, ist also immer hell, aber mittags nicht heiß. Ggf. gute Klimaanlage. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer (2 einzelne und eines ist vom Wohnzimmer durch eine Schiebetür abtrennbar. Es gibt viele Handtücher, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien.Vom Balkon sieht man den Strand und bis Valencia (18km). Die 4 km nach Perelló sind wir oft am Strand gegangen. (Tipp: Dort hatten Sonntagmorgens die Geschäfte geöffnet.) Zur Bushaltestelle 2 min, Bus fährt nach Valencia und Perelló. Parkplatz im Hof im Schatten. Elena und ihr Mann haben uns in der Wohnung erwartet, die Kommunikation war immer nett und sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

My son and I stayed at Juan’s place for three nights. It is in a good location in the old town, near to everything and the apartment is very well equipped. Lovely tall floor to ceiling heights. Easy check in and Juan was kind enough to let us pick our bags up later on after check out, which was hugely appreciated. The only slight downside was the noise from the bar opposite which was open until late on Friday and Saturday but that only affected one of the bedrooms (and, in any case, both have good double glazing in modern wooden windows and shutters). The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the living/dining space so are perfect for groups who want a little privacy. We would definitely stay again!

Muy lindo departamento! Fueron muy amables ya que después del apagón se contactaron conmigo para ver si necesitábamos algo. Por suerte tenían todo lo necesario para estar sin luz. Nos atendieron muy bien! Se ve desde la habitación el mar! 🥰

Mijn broer en ik hebben een leuke tijd gehad in Valencia mede door het appartement van Vicent Raul. De voorzieningen waren goed, er waren genoeg leuke tentjes/winkels op loopafstand en een metrostation is ook in de buurt. Vicent is een vriendelijke behulpzame host die snel op onze vragen reageerde. De Airbnb was schoon en was leuk ingericht.

Jorge was wonderful and responsive! The apartment was incredible, and 1 minute walk to the tram or Bus into Valencia. we will be back for sure!

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Xuejie was a truly wonderful host. Our flights home were cancelled due to the terrible flooding. The apartment was away from the flooding but local supermarkets had no supplies. Xuejie provided water and support throughout our stay during the difficult times faced by some parts of València. We will be returning.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Santiago. Parfaitement située, en face de la plage et d’excellents restaurants, proche d’un loueur de vélos, à proximité du centre ville, la maison était idéale pour profiter et visiter Valencia. Le logement était confortable, paisible, spacieux et propre. La piscine était très agréable et parfaitement entretenue. Nous espérons y revenir prochainement. Merci Santiago pour ce bel accueil!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Parel in Pucol, wees er snel bij want dit gaat heel snel heel populair zijn. Rust, privacy, mooi, super verblijf en host is perfect. Wel een auto nodig voor de uitstappen in de buurt. Het verblijf is super lokaal en rustig, hou daar rekening mee / niet alle restaurants zijn steeds open maar met de auto op ca 18 minuten in Valencia centrum. De woning super mooi, zicht super, ontwaken en met een paar passen in zee zwemmen= magnifique. Een voltreffer. MAAR , zoals gemeld, zeker een auto nodig.

For people who like to walk everywhere, the location is perfect as you just have to walk toward the park and main boulevards; the place is so easy to find. For early risers, you get to wake up to lovely sunrises over the park, and it is so easy to go for a quiet morning stroll. Though I did not go out local to the places, there were lots of choices for restaurants and bars. You are close to the Colon market (for horchata), and the "old town" is about a 15-30 minute walk depending on what part you are going to see; this is very convenient. The flat is on a busy boulevard so there is noise, but I always wear earplugs and it was not loud enough to bother me with them in. It is an old building; the A/C is in the front room and dining room, not in the bedrooms. The units do a good job of cooling the main areas.

El alojamiento no se puede valorar por cada euro pagado, creo que la mejor manera de decirlo es que vale la pena cada segundo que pasamos en el. Ha sido el primer viaje con nuestro hijo de 3 meses y tiene todas las comodidades que puedes desear. Es un lugar que repetiré, no lo digo como frase prefabricada, es verdad, ya estamos gestionando tiempos en el trabajo para volver este año porque estamos encantados con el alojamiento y con el trato de Wilfried. Si buscas un lugar para desconectar con la familia, cerca de la naturaleza pero sin renunciar a las comodidades, este es el lugar.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Wir hatten leider nur 4 Tage Zeit, aber Valencia ist immer eine Reise wert. Eugenia war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hell, alles da was man braucht. Sogar Klappliegen und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, der etwa 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Matratzen sind super.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Silvia. De locatie is goed, strand op 5 minuten lopen, fantastische restaurants in de directe omgeving en het centrum is ook goed bereikbaar. Een fiets huren is een aanrader! Silvia is met recht een 'super host'! Heel gastvrij, heel aardig, behulpzaam, snel in haar communicatie en ontzettend flexibel in aankomst- en vertrektijden (mits de omstandigheden dit toelaten uiteraard). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de inventaris is uitstekend op orde, bedden liggen goed en de badkamers zijn modern en goed uitgerust. Al met al een aanrader!

ABEL ha sido un anfitrión espectacular, desde mi llegada se ha comunicado conmigo y hemos estado en contacto cuando lo necesitaba, sin ninguna duda volvería a repetir lo aconsejo como persona, ubicación y al lado de la playa

Marta's place is amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is spectacular, the Albufera and the sea just a few steps. The community pool was clean and comfortable as well. Great local spots, reataurants, merkats, bike rental, pharmacy, everything you need for a great vacay! Marta is an extremely kind& responsive host.

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

La propiedad ofrece unas vistas realmente agradables, que hacen que la estancia se sienta especial desde el primer momento. Es un detalle que muchos viajeros valoran y recuerdan. Ayuda a diferenciar el alojamiento y aporta un plus a la experiencia general. Ideal para quienes buscan tranquilidad y buena perspectiva del entorno. Muy recomendable

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Muy buena estancia en el apartamento de Roberto. Ha estado pendiente tanto él como su padre de todo lo que hemos necesitado. El apartamento está estupendo, con una playa bonita y tranquila cerca, el apartamento tiene unas vistas de la costa fenomenales

La estancia está todavía mejor de lo que se ve en las fotografías. Vistas increíbles y todas las comodidades a nuestro alcance. Además, María José es una excelente anfitriona. Nos informó de todo detalladamente y estuvo dispuesta para cualquier cuestión que nos surgiera.
