Waterfront holiday rentals in L'Albir

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always replying quickly and helpfully. The apartment was spotless and actually looked even better in person than in the photos it was bright and comfortable. The balcony was spacious. Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. We had a wonderful 6 days in this incredible apartment! Perfect location to explore Alicante, particularly as there’s a tram stop a couple of minutes walk away, as well as a beach to pop to for a morning dip! The apartment is even lovelier than in the photos and we loved spending time there (and in the hot tub on the roof terrace) looking out at the beautiful sea and mountain view.s. Communication with the hosts was excellent and we felt very well looked after. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

Paula was such a wonderful host. She was super friendly and gave ALOT of suggestions. We only stayed for 2 nights, but packed in a good amount of Paula's suggestions :) The home was a perfect location! We would gladly come back!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The view is spectacular and there are plenty of large windows and balconies to enjoy it! The house is modern with high ceilings and well equipped. We will be back for sure!

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

We had a great stay in the apartment of Oxana and Albert. Friendly hosts who want guests to have the best possible experience. The apartment is as nice as in the pictures, has everything you need and is in a nice distance to all facilities in the area. Recommended!
