Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lakewood Heights, Atlanta

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Loved the location and the place was very nice.

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

Stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday. he is into smart homes and gave me kudos on finding this gem. Being right upstairs from the beltline was amazing...got in a nice run before we headed home. Will have to visit another time and explore beltline again, will def stay here again.

N- was kind, attentive, responsive, and super tuned into what a child might enjoy while staying in his Airbnb. Fabulous city views, great restaurants and an amazing bed that provided a good nights rest. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Atlanta!

Chase is the best host ever! So accommodating and helpful in every way. My friend and I felt right at home and were able to get organised for our 30 day Appalachian trail hike with Chases helpful hints and accommodating ways. His place is beautifully looked after, spacious and comfy. We feel lucky to have found such a great place and host. Thank you .

This was the best airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful home, super clean, great basic amenities and great communication from the host. Parking was the only part that was stressful, but that is an out of control aspect. Would 10/10 stay again 💜

Micalya's place is my new favorite place! From the private entrance, private patio, multiple provided games, poker and blackjack tables to the amazing bar and entertainment in every room! I didn't use the office but there was exercise equipment for my use, and 2 refrigerators in the bar! The bedrooms were very spacious and had extra sleeping space with futons in both rooms! The laundry room was well equipped with all needs and an iron and ironing board! You can't tell this is a smoking property because the house smelled really fresh and clean when we arrived! The AC in this house was working at full capacity and perfect for this Hot Atlanta weather! The mood lights got us in the "mood" too! We had a few needs and Micalya was very quick to respond and took great care of everything we needed. I will be renting again, it was great!

Rafael was an excellent host--reached out to make sure everything was what we needed, and responded quickly when we needed a few clarifications. Aside from a couple of very minor logistical issues, of the sort that are inevitable when you have a lot of people coming and going from a location, everything was exactly as advertised. The location is beautifully quiet, despite its proximity to the city center, and the drive to and from the hotel hosting the conference I was there for consistently took only 10-15 minutes, aside from having to wait for a long train one day, and a bit of construction another. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in the Atlanta area.

The stay at Bisola's place was great! My family and I enjoyed the comfort of the home, and it was within a short driving distance to all of the downtown ATL attractions. Bisola was great at communication. Even when there was an issue with the house, she responded quickly and worked quickly to resolve the issue. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our stay at the Muse was delightful! Our previous accommodations fell through last minute and I was so relieved that Melisa accepted our request! The house is super cute, has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The host shared all the things we needed in advance; we didn’t need to ask for help or questions. There’s a new food hall around the corner that we enjoyed, coffee shops and more within a few miles. We often drove to other ends of Atlanta and found it a great central location. John was a great host and the house was beautiful and exactly as advertised

The Purple House is the best-equipped Airbnb ever. Kitchen items, bathroom items, outdoor spaces, etc. in addition to being a lovely space with a terrific bed, it truly feels like a home rather than an apartment. Window views in the bedroom and spices in the cabinets are touches that the photos don’t show but which make a difference.

This home was simply amazing. The description of the home was so beautiful and accommodating. It was located near several attractions and the community itself was so beautiful. We will definitely choose this home again for our next visit to Atlanta.

Our stay was great. The house had everything we needed was comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to a ton of restaurants, shops, and playgrounds and were only a short drive from downtown.

Had a great stay at Adriana’s place! Easy to get to everything, and she was so helpful. Would happily come back!

Thomas was the most hospitable and caring host I’ve ever experienced

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

Eve was an amazing host and the apartment was a super convenient location. But after dark there were several groups of men that hung out outside the building and would try to get in or sell drugs. Very very nice apartment would stay here again

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.
