Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lakewood Heights, Atlanta

Our stay at the Muse was delightful! Our previous accommodations fell through last minute and I was so relieved that Melisa accepted our request! The house is super cute, has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The host shared all the things we needed in advance; we didn’t need to ask for help or questions. There’s a new food hall around the corner that we enjoyed, coffee shops and more within a few miles. We often drove to other ends of Atlanta and found it a great central location. My friends and I really enjoyed staying here !! The home was beautiful! I communicated with the hosts all weekend. They were very responsive and assisted in any way that they could. I would highly recommend staying here ! The experience was great.

Loved our stay! A+ location with walkability to parks, restaurants, and more which was great with a 4-year old. Set in a quaint neighborhood, everyone was really friendly as well. Home was well-stocked and looked exactly as pictured. You may prefer a car in Atlanta, but it is easy to move around with ride shares.

This home was simply amazing. The description of the home was so beautiful and accommodating. It was located near several attractions and the community itself was so beautiful. We will definitely choose this home again for our next visit to Atlanta.

The house was very clean, spacious for a party of ten adult females and the open sitting allowed for closeness as well.

We had such a great time at Kimberly’s home! The layout of this location is very thoughtful. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the screened in patio with our newborn and enjoying quality time together while also being safe from all the mosquitoes! The location was perfect for us. We were 10-15 mins drive away from the Zoo, Aquarium, and the Botanical Gardens. In addition, the ATL beltline is right along the back of the home. We walked it several times to local coffee shops and eateries that were around 6-7 mins walking distance. It was really lovely. We had one issue upon arrival that we raised with Kimberly. She took the matter very seriously and had a great sense of urgency to provide us with a solution— and we really appreciated that so much! We highly recommend staying at this location. We definitely plan to return!

This was a perfect place for our weekend getaway taking the kids to see a WNBA basketball game! It had everything we needed and was easy to get everywhere we needed to go.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

N- was kind, attentive, responsive, and super tuned into what a child might enjoy while staying in his Airbnb. Fabulous city views, great restaurants and an amazing bed that provided a good nights rest. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Atlanta!

Wish we had longer! Christina was a fantastic host — the condo was exactly as advertised, great neighborhood, and sparkling clean. The covered balcony was dreamy, the fenced in front courtyard area was perfect for our pup. We travel to Atlanta often and will certainly book again.

My husband and I were so comfortable and happy staying here. The interior design is so beautiful and the outside neighborhood is so nice. We felt right at home and were so grateful we chose this Airbnb instead of a hotel.

Lovely spot for a weekend stay. It is next to the metro so it can be loud and rumbly but it wasn’t an issue at all for us. The light in the bedroom flickers but it wasn’t only slightly inconvenient when getting dressed. Other than those two things it was a lovely spot and perfect for what we were looking for. Close to restaurants, quiet neighborhood minus the metro, easy to get around, easy parking, the place was nice and clean while being comfortable.

Catherine was so helpful through the entire process. Location is awesome, such a cute neighborhood and friendly neighbors! The space is cozy and we had everything we needed. Great little screened in porch, and felt so private! Thanks Catherine and Alex!

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

we had a great stay at jaedas place so walkable to the aquarium and Coca-Cola factory and many more places we will definitely stay again if we are going to the aquarium

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
