Chalet Rosenstein is in a very serene and scenic location. The interior including the beds was cozy and comfortable. The playground was a nice addition for our grandchildren. It was one of the nicest Airbnb s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We had a very nice stay at this place and the host was really friendly. i would recommend thia place to others, as it is a perfect location to start hikes or bike trips.

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

Were for a short trip over the weekend in Zell am See. From reservation to reception to checkout, everything was great. Very nice, absolutely valuable place to stay. We would book again anytime.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Everything worked out great. Cooking for 8 people was a bit difficult as there were not enough utensils available.

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and gave many tips and was always available. We will definitely come back and gladly recommend the hostess and apartment without reservation.

There were four of us there and we felt comfortable right from the start. Even our late arrival due to traffic was no problem at all and the reception was very warm and friendly. The apartment is super nice and modern, perfectly exchanged and clean, as well as a great view of the mountains. The pools are great and we also enjoyed using the sauna. We also received excursion tips. Thank you for this great stay, happy to come back! 🤩

The accommodation is lovingly furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great :) quiet, but still central enough to reach everything well. I would particularly like to highlight the communication with Dennis – fast, friendly and absolutely uncomplicated. We had a really nice time and would come back anytime :) Thank you Dennis

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

We were five people who had a great stay over three nights in early March. A great place to stay for a fairly low price. We had a rental car which made it easy to travel to the ski resorts at Zell am See or Saalbach. Recommended.

We had such a lovely stay at Lakeview Residence. The apartment has the most incredible view and is in a great location, with some great hikes very close by. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Emanuel and Sabine were both very kind and friendly.

Our stay was completely beautiful. The apartment is a real value for money tip for the Gastein Valley. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in Maria Alm. The apartment is very nicely furnished, spacious and has a great sun terrace. The landlords are very nice and gave us excellent advice on our excursion considerations. The center and a grocery store are within walking distance. For our car, there was a parking space directly at the house. In general, we found the included Hochkönig card to be very positive, with which you can use lifts and buses free of charge. Furthermore, the maps available in the apartment are very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view—we found ourselves just staring out the window, soaking it all in. Michael was a fantastic host, super helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

We were very lucky with this place. We had to spontaneously cancel a place to stay because it didn't match the description and was super dirty. Then we found this gem and what luck - it was still available! The host immediately got down to business and cleaned the accommodation top, nice reception and everything around it just top. Super amenities, old barn converted to high quality, great location, just 10 minutes to the ski resorts. Super friendly landlord and a real recommendation!

We have had a wonderful stay with a four year old daughter over may holidays. The Appartment matched all the pictures and exceeded our expectations. We were able to cook if we needed to, got freshly baked buns in the morning, daughter collected eggs and milk in the morning. The area of the castle is very kid-friendly - carts, bikes, playground, trampolines and beautiful nature as a backdrop. We could watch how the farm operates, how cows are taken care of, chickens, etc. it was very engaging for my daughter. The location is perfect to travel around to Kaprun, Zell am See and many other parks and sightseeing points. You can walk to shops/restaurants if needed as well. Kathrin was very responsive, so our stay was flawless. I can highly recommend it to families and I’m already looking forward to come back here again.
