Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Weir

Thank you John, for hosting us. I appreciated your spacious accommodation for a very reasonable fee. It was very convenient and close to the downtown area and also to Leesburg Hospital.

this place is in the most beautiful setting, so peaceful and beautiful. the hosts were outstanding. felt welcome right away. gave space to do what I wanted to do which was often just sitting in their most beautiful space and soaking it all in Do not hesitate book it !

Have booked several times and stayed in multiple units. Have always found Garry’s rentals to be impeccably clean & well stocked. The beds are so comfortable as well!!

Beautiful place! The location was lovely as well, right next to the lake and park with restaurants nearby.

Overall a very cute, well decorated little one bedroom duplex. My only complaint would be that the bedroom must be near a water softener or other large appliance because every night at least once a night I was woken up by some loud mechanical noises. Wasn't an issue for my husband who is a heavier sleeper but being a light sleeper it did bother my sleep somewhat. Otherwise everything else about the place was great with a well stocked kitchen.

A lovely apartment located behind the historic Kemp house. The location was close to downtown and in a beautiful historic neighborhood of Ocala. The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. Jill Marie was in regular communication with me and readily available should I need anything. The check in was easy, quick and flawless. I look forward to visiting again!

This apartment was very clean and Cynthia’s attention to detail was exceptional from cozy decor to the spotless bathroom. It felt very private and was the perfect fit for my husband and I. We stayed 4 nights and would stay again if we ever found ourselves in the area again!

James was a fantastic host that went above and beyond when communicating. He even let us borrow a set of golf clubs to use. House was clean and conveniently located.

I’ve stayed at a few Airbnb’s, this was BY FAR the most comfortable one yet!! Honestly, we all felt so at home and settled in~it was perfect! The neighbors were friendly, the golf cart was great!! The town squares were a blast! We would 100% rent this exact home again. Actually, one of my sisters already did for this fall! Dean & Sheila always responded quickly with any questions I had. I can’t say enough good on how perfect this was!!!!!!!!

Super cute place and great location near the horse park. Adrian was an excellent host and thought of everything. Our folks really enjoyed their stay.

We enjoyed staying at this home so much! We literally spent more than 1/2 our time in the Mansard Lanai with the pool, jacuzzi & fire place. Grab a coffee to start the day & Hang out outside in the screened in lanai. Inside both bedrooms had king size beds, which was great. The built ins, in the master closet made functioning really easy. Plus it decluttered the room! We brought our little beagle & she loved the property too. She loved hanging out in the lanai with or without us. The use of the electric golf cart got us all around the villages in style & we enjoyed just plugging it in, not having to gas it up. The appliances were really nice too! We liked the area so much, that we ended up putting an offer on a house while there. The villages guest passes were valuable if you planned to golf. It saved our friends some money. The transfer to us as primary was $50 & really a must if you planned to use all the facilities. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Susan & David!

Me and my family stayed here and it was absolutely stunning and just all around amazing I wish I could just move in and never leave it’s truly wonderful and so much to do around you even in walking distance we all absolutely loved the place it was clean fun lots to do just all around amazing

The place is walkable from the bus station even at 2am. Very safe and well lit to get there. The golf cart was a plus and allowed us transportation to downtown without walking. Great breakfast places only a ride away. The bedrooms were roomy and clean. The living room was very clean and remotes for tv were self explanatory. The bathrooms had all soaps, shampoos and body soap. I was travels light for the weekend and this place had a hair dryer, magnifying mirror and clean towels. The back porch was cozy and I enjoyed a morning coffee with the chirping of birds and watching squirrels. This place was 6 minutes from my parents place and I would definitely recommend staying here. They even had coffee, coffee pot and creamer! There is a washer and dryer but we didn’t use it those considered it… lol Lori got our guest passes to use the facilities- ie the pool I would say the only thing missing is a map of the cart trails - I didn’t ask so I’m unsure if that is available!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay! Trina’s home was beautifully furnished + well equipped: solid, quality furniture; soft blankets for cozy comfort; plentiful towels for shower, kitchen and pool; fabulous closet/storage space; bountiful plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery; clean, easily accessible washer and dryer; and a generous stock of toiletries (dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Location was fantastic — just steps from a family pool + a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter for morning coffee, dinner, or ice cream + a stroll on the dock. Extra kudos for connecting us with David’s Villages Golf Cart Rental upon reservation. Our rented golf cart was waiting for us in the garage when we arrived + was picked up the morning of our departure — white glove service that allowed us to focus on our vacation. Trina was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. We highly recommend + would love to return!

Really nice place, would stay again

We love the area, we stay in the area every year around the same time and Melissa’s place was not disappointing. The pool was clean, the condo was amazingly comfortable. We had 2 grandkids with us this trip so the pullout sofa bed worked well for them. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and plates and bowls for the days we decided to eat in. Beautiful water front views. Lots of wild life to watch also. Would highly recommend this condo if staying in the area..

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

Had a great time at the condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed meeting new friends during the unofficial "happy hour". There is no shortage of things to do in the area and this was a great place to stay while visiting our daughter. We will stay here again. The only disappointing thing was that the pool temperature was very cold, but this was not any fault of the hosts themselves, the weather was unusually cold for FL during our stay. We still were able to use the pool during our stay.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

My husband & I were in a very unique situation with selling & buying a house simultaneously and unfortunately our second closing getting postponed after selling our current home. We were basically homeless for 3 weeks with 14 chickens & 2 mini cows 😂 Katie was a lifesaver and her property is gorgeous. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets and the sweetest horses and dogs onsite. Such a cozy spot!

Melissa’s place was GREAT! Melissa was great from the minute we arrived till the end. She was very flexible with our time and would get back to us if we had any questions. We would stay there again. So cozy & quiet we were there for a family get together. Thank you Sally & Shane O’Brien
