Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

We felt very lucky to find this beautiful place and setting Within 4 miles of our local family, while preparing for the funeral of my father The large interior space allowed my grandchildren to play and not feel confined, the large yard access to the sand at the lake and views from the pier were exceptional My son particularly enjoyed being able to put in his canoe and go fishing We truly felt at home and would highly recommend

This was such a beautiful stay. The kitchen was my favorite part haha I loved that beautiful oven and I made the most amazing breakfasts and dinners there. We flooded the bed with pillows and it was the most comfortable sleep ever. Super cute decor and beautiful animals. The goat family was the most adorable. This trip inspired my partner and I to seriously look into moving somewhere similar.

We always have a great time visiting the cottage on Lake Weir. Larry and Robert are wonderful hosts. The view is beautiful relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for coffee on the dock in the morning and winding down after a day on the beach and in the water on jet skis. Perfect!!!!!!

We needed something quick, convenient, and stress free. We received all 3 and were pleasantly surprised while dealing with a family emergency. Thank you for your hospitality. It was very much appreciated. We were even able to take a little time to go downtown to unwind and listen to the nightly music and eat some awesome ice cream!

From the moment we walked through the door, everything was just fantastic. Very clean, and exactly how the pictures looked. Nights sitting dockside was amazing, even with the Florida heat. the breeze from the lake just made it peaceful. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here

We enjoyed a short stay at Ryan's place, I wish it had been longer. The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the pool was great. The front porch was very nice, and my daughter enjoyed watching the sunset on the swing. There was everything we needed for a relaxing stay, lots of little extras. We didn't explore the area but everything we could've wanted was close by, groceries, restaurants, shops etc. We would definitely stay again and hopefully longer next time.
