Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake View, Chicago

We stayed for a week with 2 children of 8 and 10. The place is larger than we expected; which is nice. The street and neighborhood are both really nice. Train is close; which is very handy to visit the city. Close to Lincoln park and many restaurants and shops. This place was very comfortable, private and quiet. Brian was also also very flexible with check in and check out times. Definitely recommended !

The accommodation was a home away from home and provided a great place to stay for our multigenerational visit to Chicago.

The parking was a bit difficult but would not deter me from staying there again. Very close to downtown, about 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

This exquisite MCM GEM in Berwyn was the perfect home base for us while visiting Chicago. Every corner is curated with unique and authentic MCM touches, all with the contemporary creature comforts one could want and then some. Everything was sparkling clean and April was a superb host. We hope to come again, & highly recommend!!

This place absolutely perfect! We were back and forth from Navy Pier for a tournament. The apartment was the perfect escape from the noise. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the city. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. The price, for Chicago, is totally worth it!! Host is very quick to respond. The distance from the Pier to the apartment is an easy, short drive.

A-MAZ-ING stay! My wife and I had such a blast in Chicago. GOGO was very kind and inviting, good energy! The place was exactly what we wanted with all the amenities. Sparking water in the fridge which was a treat after waking 18k everyday. As a runner, there was plenty of sidewalk and things to see. I recommend running up LEAVITT to 18th street and take 18th down for a nice 3 to 5 mile run. The L train “pink line “ was close and walking back at night we felt relatively safe. I would high recommend staying here in Pilsen area the next time you are in Chicago. Mahalo

A great home base for two couples exploring the city! We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage early, and our host's recommendation for a local bar was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet, and it was great to bring some clean laundry home. Cozy patio to enjoy on good-weather days.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin’s place! She was a generous host and very responsive communicator. We traveled with our toddler and Kristin was great about providing everything we’d need, including a few toys. The primary bedroom and bathroom were both amazing, as everyone else has mentioned in their reviews. We had a very busy trip and it was great to come home to a spa-like bathroom and extremely comfortable bed each night. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying at Richard's home; He ensured my friend, and I had a great time and accommodated the space to our needs. The place was clean and feel comfy. They left clear instructions and recommendations for our stay. They even left some snacks in the fridge for us that helped us after a long trip. The home is in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Staying at James' place was a dream! 😍 His home was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything my partner and I needed. We adored the balconies and the rooftop deck was very cool! We loved that his home was very close to one of the Brown Line stations and we could hop on the 'L' very quickly. We also ate at Frasca, Avenue Tap & Kitchen and Bitter Pops and the food was excellent! We would stay here again!

Heather provided everything in this lovely, spacious, and comfortable place. It was deluxe, and it felt like home all at once. The driveway to park our car was so convenient! Access to Chicago's famous sights was easy, and when we returned from our adventures, there were neighborhood restaurants and venues within walking distance. We could also watch a movie on our favorite streaming services to end the evening. Whatever questions we had, Heather answered immediately and helpfully. We were grateful that we could check in early and sightsee on our first afternoon.

Susan’s home was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and aesthetically pleasing. The bed I slept in was one of the most comfortable of my entire life—I prefer a soft mattress. As far as location goes, the street was quiet, good for walking our dog, and close enough to public transport. Plenty of buses were available. We used street parking for our car and never had problems with finding a close spot to the house whenever we did take the car out. We enjoyed the stay greatly and will stay again. Thank you, Susan!

We enjoyed our time at this apartment! Nestled in the Bucktown neighborhood of the city, which is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes. Nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square have a lot to offer, as well as Lincoln Park (the neighborhood) not being too far away either. While the bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side, that’s just city life and it is a perfect retreat for 1-2 people. It’s very stylish yet cozy with the decor and all updated appliances and bathroom. I would take note of the stairs for this unit in particular, as it’s on the second level but they were fine and the patio deck was nice! We really appreciated Lauren being accommodating to our late booking. We would definitely stay here again!

Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind.
