The highlight of this place is the location. It’s on a beautiful street in a fun, safe neighbourhood. The place is exactly as Gary describes and matches the pictures well. Gary himself was very friendly and accommodating of my early check in. I would definitely stay here again. Just note that the lockbox with the key can be a bit jammed, it was hard to get it open at first.

Great stay for me and my friends. Very spacious and beautiful outside space. Plenty of beds and top of the notch kitchen.

This lovely bedroom is perfect retreat for a north side Chicago visit — I had bathroom to myself and bedroom closet served as a handy coffee bar. The bed was very comfortable and bookshelves and antiques make the room cozy and inviting. I want to come back as house is so convenient to lakefront.

Hugo was a great host. The house was just like the listing, ideal for a weekend with friends. We were five couples with children, an ideal family atmosphere. It has games and equipment to enjoy the lake and garden, such as a small pool, life jackets, sport balls... It was a great weekend thanks to the space and the house, highly recommended!

Our stay with Paula was great! Very cozy and so close to the Aragon Ballroom. We walked to a lot of nearby places for food and drinks. Paula was very sweet and responsive for anything we needed!

I can’t praise this place enough. Not only was it more beautiful than the pictures, but Janet also provided amenities above and beyond what was listed. She provided towels, sunscreen, and a beach pass and the house is in walking distance to Lake Michigan. She was always quickly able to answer any questions and was readily available. Janet really tries to make the space feel at home and provides you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was surprised by the quality and ease of the entire stay, and the room was gorgeous (lots of natural light and plenty of privacy). I HIGHLY recommend this location for an Evanston visit (walking distance to downtown and the lake) as well as the excellent service I received from Janet.

This place was amazing... They layout was terrific. quiet neighborhood, safe, and had everything we needed. we were celebrating my birthday (pre) My friends 🧡 Even set up a Bday table for me down stairs and we had our in vip golden girlz(ladies) celebrations 🍾 😀 😄 ❤️

Stay went very smoothly and I would recommend for anyone seeing an event at Allstate arena(walking distance) or needing a place to stay flying thru O'Hare. Target and a wide variety of fast casual dining 1 min away. The listing mentioned a grill and that was unavailable, you may want to check with the host in advance if you are planning to use any amenities.

The hosts were incredibly nice! They truly did care about our stay. My stay consisted of recovering from a surgery. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and cared for! I got to enjoy the home and my husband got to go across the street to the beautiful park to fish. The questions we did have received quick responses every time. Next time we are in the area, we will be going back!

Great place. Great location. No issues at all. I would rent again. It's a good spot between the Gold Coast and Lincoln park and beer some really good restaurants. Place was as described and would have no issues staying there again.

We loved our stay at Efren’s place. We are a couple traveling with our 17-year-old son and 90-year-old Grandma, and everyone was happy with our rental. It was clean and well-equipped. Our son was happy to have his own room with a futon (better than sleeping in the living room). The garage parking was a nice touch.

The little house felt like home while my husband and friends were in town for a co vent job. The place was clean, we had everything we needed, and the place was very thoughtfully organized and decorated. We found what we needed easily and had enough space easily for the group. Our hosts responded to messages when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here, the neighborhood is beautiful and safe and there’s lots of access to entertainment, food and shopping.

Lovely space and a perfect location for exploring the city. Great restaurants within a short walk. Lincoln Park also just a short walk.

Tony was one of the best hosts! He was extremely responsive and enjoyable to communicate with. The home was BEAUTIFUL! Blew away all of our expectations. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had a great time in Marriannes home! We stayed in Chicago to attend a conference at McCormick place, which was easy as its just 20minutes walking from the house. The house itself was a rustic beautiful historic home with a lot of charme. We’d stay there again!

This house was great! Much larger than it appeared in photos. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It really felt like a home vs a rental being turned over quickly. Amenities were consistent with listing. The host was amazing and proactive with communication. Very clear instructions were provided well before our scheduled arrival. I only needed to reach out to him once during our stay and he was very responsive. I absolutely recommend this property , I would stay again!

I had an excellent stay at Jabeen’s house in Villa Park. The home was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a restful weekend. What truly made the experience stand out was the combination of thoughtful amenities and top-notch communication. I especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, well-stocked kitchen, reliable AC, and relaxing patio. When I mentioned that the blender wasn’t working, Jabeen immediately replaced it—an example of her responsiveness and attention throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the area. Would definitely return!

The neighborhood was quiet and the space was clean and as advertised. My only complaint was there were no paper towels in the home lol After ripping and running all over the city before getting to there I was very frustrated about that. But I would definitely stay again.

Jimmy was friendly and helpful; his directions were clear and simple. The house is tidy and completely dust free. It’s inviting, but unpretentious, set in the most appealing area walking distance from a lake. Kitchen is suitably equipped. Towels were fluffy, bedding was inviting. AC gets cold.

Perfect location! Not far from the best things to do in the city. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this AirBNB! When we arrived, they had left out little Christmas gifts for our daughters! They also left us 5 permits even though we were unsure if we were staying for 5 days! We ended up deciding to stay last minute and they were so accommodating to us!! The linens on the bedding were a little dirty when we got there. There seemed to be old hair, and stuff on the beds but honestly it wasn’t anything super serious! I will say though, definitely pack your own blankets if you’re a bigger family or a blanket loving family. The Airbnb didn’t offer very many blankets but in the grand scheme of things, that didn’t matter!! We loved our stay and will hopefully be back!!
