Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Oconee

We had a great time, the home was just a described. We enjoyed a week on the lake boating, tubing and fishing. We will be back again.

A couple friends and I rented the house for Memorial Day Weekend. From the very beginning, Miguel, our host was super attentive. This was my first time booking on AirBnB and Miguel answered any questions I had quickly and made the booking process super easy. The house and the surroundings were nothing short of perfect and is perfect for a peaceful getaway. We will definitely be back! Great host and an even greater home.

Really enjoyed our stay as the home was perfect size and my family loved it. Very clean and very well appointed from furnishings to kitchen wares. Hot tub and fire pit were also great along with lake views.

Great place to stay. It was cold and rainy during our time there so we didn't get to use the lake amenities, but we still had a great time! Very clean, private, and spacious place. The ping pong table and stereo system throughout the property especially were nice touches.

Perfect place for a laid-back & nature filled trip. We loved the direct lake access and private dock. Hot tub is a huge plus to any vacation spot! Rain shower-head in the main bathroom was so nice. One of the sleeping spaces is a trundle bed which made the room tight quarters when pulled out, but functional for sleep. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles if needed! Val left us a little welcome note and treat box that was so thoughtful & a great personal touch!

We stayed at Holly's place for a gathering of 8 friends. The place was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms are well distributed, with 3 on the main levels and 2 downstairs with a shared bathroom and direct access to the lake. The dining table is for 6 people, so if you are more than 6, you may have to split. The deck has a beautiful view on the lake. The location is convenient and only 10 minutes from the Ritz-Carlton. Communication with Holly was very easy and check in /out easy.

we keep coming back it's our favorite place to stay when we're in milledgeville. Always wonderful and the golf cart rides through the neighborhood is great we always see a ton of wildlife. The lake is gorgeous and peaceful from the back covered deck. Great time with our kids at a beautiful home. Thank you again for a fabulous trip

Stayed here for the long Memorial day weekend. Centrally located, very convenient to restaurants, hiking, and of course the lake! The view of the golf course and small bubbling stream on the back porch is very peaceful. We enjoyed drinking our coffee out there and listening to the birds. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and there was an abundance of fluffy blankets and pillows. Felt like home. Everything was spotlessly clean. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. The host was very responsive and helpful with instructions on how to get into the condo and checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Visited the area for my graduation with a couple others. The space was clean and there were plenty of animal friends around the property to greet us! This was a very quiet location and was a peaceful break away from city life. Would definitely stay again!

I loved Joes place. It is quiet and peaceful, near a lake and you may see some wildlife like deer around his home. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Joe had a basket of things you may forget to bring on your trip such as deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush and lotion. I needed to stay an extra night and Joe was very accommodating. One thing to note if you need an Uber or Lyft they do not service the area. I had to call a cab to the airport.

Oasis @ Lake Oconee was a great place to gather with the family! The townhouse is spacious and was in a good location with easy access to restaurants, Publix, and other lakefront businesses. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and appliances for use. Highly recommended for a quiet lakeside getaway.

Jordan was a great host. Reynolds Lake Oconee is a beautiful location. The unit is very well maintained and has a gorgeous view of the 16th on the Oconee course!

We had great time staying at Debbie‘s place, great peaceful location, plenty of space for outdoor activities. Close drive to the lake was very spacious and clean, with exception of couple linens and pillowcases, which didn’t look like they were changed from the previous guest. I’m sure just an oversight. Also, Publix is in the in close proximity that you can stock up on the necessary items. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a quiet getaway yet close to any water activities.

Beautiful condo with views of the lake. Quiet and comfortable get away!

Great location, beautiful, scenic views. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the patio. Kitchen was well appointed and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Great for our two families; 4 adults and 4 young girls!

Other than the fact that we were asked to throw our trash, unfortunately we were unaware that the dumpsters were closed on the day we left, so we had to take the trash for a ride until we found somewhere to throw it, with very limited car space. Cleaning fee is a bit much when I like to leave a place the way I found it. But the location and condo were very peaceful and absolutely gorgeous!! I would 100% recommend staying here!!
